Excellent car rental office, reasonable prices, insurance included, most cars can be driven outside Serbia, the cars themselves are quite fresh, not killed There are very nice managers in the office, they speak English, but the best is the uncle-receptionist, who speaks Russian very well and tells everything you need to know, starting from the car itself and ending with the nuances of paid parking in Belgrade
