The location and the terrace are the only advantages.
Everything else is not made for people..
There is a terrible smell in the bathroom + the shower is flowing and does not hold in any way, the toilet lid is glued (otherwise it falls), the washing machine is working terribly loudly and trying to escape. And in the kitchen there is one pot with a falling off lid. The sofa is stained, the carpet is dirty, the walls are all shabby. And it's better not to look at the bedside tables if you don't want to see traces of previous tenants. Purity = 0 stars! There is no rag to wash the floor in the room, as well as additional paper (no one said where to look for it). I highly do not recommend this apartment, friends rented a hotel with a kitchen nearby and they did not have such dirt.
