You won't find any support numbers on the website, just a call to the office and the cinema itself. The number at the office just doesn't work, the number at the cinema will ask you to call another number through the answering machine, which they also don't take. Later, I received a call on my own from another number and was asked to call the support service at another number, dictating the number. After calling there, you will be greeted with "alo" without information about where you called at all. They could not send the letter, they are asked to send them a text message with another mail to another number))) Having quarreled, they let me into the hall just without a ticket, because they couldn't cope, and the session had already begun.
