On Friday evening, we ran in to buy our favorite cinnabons, stood in a huge queue and bought a box with 6 cinnabons and 2 cold cocktails. When we got home, we decided to try what we took... and I'm completely disappointed.. Why should I pay a lot of money for stale cinnabons!? Our total check was about 47 rubles! It was impossible to figure them out... it seemed that they were 5 days old?! What is the attitude towards customers? I'm not buying sour cream in a store for 2 rubles (which will be fresh even then).
This is the first time I have encountered such a situation and from now on I will not even log into this network anymore! Thank you for spoiling the evening and the mood!
I join the last comments, I took 2 large cinnabons with me, they turned out to be not fresh at all. It's a pity I didn't specify this point at the checkout. if it were possible to give a score of 0, I would do it. Because the service is TERRIBLE. I had to ask for napkins to be put on myself. The cashier also asked me if I needed synabon devices with me, I said yes. I'm leaving Dana mall, I'm opening a synabon and there are no appliances!!!!!It's not the first time that they don't put napkins and appliances on me!!! The service is terrible.
