Yesterday I ordered American Minsk City Cinnabon coffee, I was shocked, I understand there are different ways of cooking, but pour more than half of boiling water, and then top with coffee, and say, Your coffee. Moreover, I called the girl who was making coffee loudly enough, she may not have heard, the second one was standing next to me, she heard perfectly, stood and just looked at me. Maybe you should take a coffee preparation course? But to pay 5.5 rubles. and give almost one water, such a pleasure. I asked what it was, they told me it was such a technology they were taught that way. Are you serious, there's almost a whole glass of boiling water, and a little coffee on top????? They didn't even offer me anything in return, but just stood there smiling, and said, this is technology, shrugging my shoulders, I'm shocked, that's putting it mildly.

I ordered Sinabon and Americano coffee at the Cinnabon establishment at Minsk, Tolstogo str.,1. Although the Sinabon was warm, it was difficult to cut with appliances. Americano coffee seemed to be diluted. I attach a photo of the drink below, even from the photo you can see that there is a lot of water. I don't know how it was prepared.. This is the second time I buy coffee at this address. I am not satisfied..

A cozy place where you can. have a snack with delicious cinnabons. The buns and drinks are wonderful, freshly made. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean.

I visit institutions for whitewashers ambiguously, I treat the staff with understanding, nevertheless, the product brand suffers, namely, dissatisfaction developed due to an unfinished dough, cinabon chocolate, was taken out ahead of time. I got a negative impression after the visit.
Terrible and slow service, but it's understandable why: there is a huge queue and one poor guy (his name is Kirill) works at the checkout, prepares drinks, and puts buns on. Two girls stood aside for 5 minutes joking and laughing, and until the husband asked if one of them could help the guy, they did not even think to move. And after the remark, Valeria Eroshevich, the administrator, finally came out with a dissatisfied face and rolling eyes. Not a drop of friendliness and politeness was found in her words, it was a shame. Well, you can't work in the catering industry - go to another one, don't spoil the mood of other people with your appearance and attitude. I don't want to come anymore. And the sinabones are delicious, however)

Of all the coffee shops in this chain, I liked this one the least. There are questions for the staff who works there. 13.01.24 I took 2 minibones with me. By default, all coffee shops provide fresh, cooked on this day (not a discount set). At home, it turned out that the buns were at least yesterday's - you can hammer nails with the core.
A very tasty bun, But: for some reason, at 8 pm, the big rolls ran out (they work until 10, what's the problem with baking more if customers go?), I had to ask two small ones to different boxes with me. We also ordered cold brew vanilla cream and caramel cream. They took it away, trusting the staff, because the place is famous and good. As a result, we put two small buns in one box, without appliances and napkins. Thank you very much, of course, but the order was for two separate boxes. Wipe your hands and lips with your own, it turns out. The drinks are not creamy at all, it looks like a latte, no cream syrup. We are disappointed, because before that there were no precedents. The sediment remained, the impressions of the incredible taste were spoiled, there was nothing to drink normally. I think the cashiers did not follow their job descriptions and are not set up to visit customers again. And then why such a high cost of products? Without proper treatment and service, it is not for nothing that they began to write about the arrogant treatment of cashiers. Terrible, in general.
I searched for a long time, because there is no indication of the floor in the maps (the third one, if anything). We were pleased with the discount boxes. I would like a slightly larger assortment (once there were gorgeous pistachio buns). Otherwise, as always, it is incredibly tasty, satisfying, high-calorie and expensive))
I visited this franchise in two places. The second time I waited in line for a long time, but it was worth it. The sinabon with chocolate was served almost from the oven. It was incredibly delicious. But the first time I was callous. It is important for the network to always maintain quality, and then how will it get there
The most dissatisfied girl worked at the cash register. It feels like she's doing some kind of favor. They work slowly. some items are not available, although there is an advertisement that offers to try new items
In the cafe on Expobel, when asked to make coffee in mugs, they are still prepared in disposable cups, which reduces the level of service of this institution
We came with my sister, ordered mini bakeries, said no, we decided to ask about the usual mini, the girl replied "everything that is in the window" in such a pretentious tone as if I was a serf and I was allowed to buy a bun from her, but at the same time two mini bakeries were in the window, so we still took two ordinary ones mini and two cupcakes, and of course she did everything with such a pretentious face, and punched and gave the order, I put 2 stars for the fact that it was only delicious, the service was not very pleasant, this happens for the first time,so we were surprised by the behavior, we were probably just unlucky (

We decided to buy cocktails with a friend, in the sinabon, as in the menu, in the picture, poured to the top, beauty.. in fact, it barely reaches the 0.3 mark, the one that came with chocolate syrup, which should flow down the walls, was not even added from the inside, only after our request, besides it was warm. The second cocktail was just like tinted water, for 8 rubles! Honestly, McDonald's for 2.50 and it tastes better. Employees are absolutely unable to work and communicate with customers. After being asked to redo, the chocolate was just put on the counter with a bang, do not excuse me or goodbye. And at that moment, there were clearly leaders at the table, two girls who in no way could influence the competent settlement of the situation. In general, if for delicious cocktails, then it's not in this Synabon. Wasted money and time!

The seller said that there are no big buns, and we don't know when they will be. We took two small buns. As a result, the expensive ones were punched, the cheaper ones were given, and when the deception was revealed (literally 2 minutes), large buns were already available. As a result, in the presence of large buns, we received only small buns, and even not the ones that we ordered.
