The service in the coffee shop is not very pleasant and not endearing, the cashiers do not smile, including not greeting, and even more so they do not know how to orient and sell their goods. I wanted to buy a synabbon, but I had only cash with me, and I was told there was no change…
Therefore, my friend had to pay for it, and strangely enough, these are two cinnabons, which you can't tell by the size.

Today I ordered a mini-pancake and cocoa here. I just love sweets and couldn't even imagine that it would be so delicious. The staff here are very cute girls, and the drawing of a heart on the drink was a very pleasant surprise. I recommend it to everyone!

We came with a friend to relax. In the end, we sat for 30 minutes with a punched order, and they told us that we hadn't ordered anything and they hadn't punched anything for us. Together with the promised 10 minutes of waiting, after half an hour we were able to receive our order (before that, many orders had already been issued). The cashier didn't even apologize.

Terrible service. It's like I took my husband away from the cashier and left her with three children. Neither navigate the menu, nor smile. I must say thank you, apparently, that the "do not delay the queue" did not arrive. It didn't seem like the first time. I won't go anymore.

The prices are too high...I took a cherry pomegranate tea, it cost about 9p. I thought there would be something with pieces of fruit or mashed potatoes. As a result, it turned out that it was pure syrup with boiling water. I also got burned-everything was too hot.

On December 27, at 9:30 p.m., we wanted to order coffee with us, but they refused, saying that they would not make coffee anymore, although it would take 30 minutes before closing!!! Is it really possible, it would be fine if they came in 5 minutes, but not in 30!!!!
