I ordered iHerb, everything was always normal. And now I'm going to check the status on iHerb, I look - the order is already in the locker, but the SMS from Onex has not arrived. Naturally, they have a day off at the autopsy. I call on Monday - and they have already sent my order from the locker to the central office. I say: but you didn't send me an SMS, how can I open the locker. They replied that everything was sent (as if not), and that I myself, apparently, monitor the status of the order every day on iherb. If SMS messages are so expensive and you can't send several to the client (so that one definitely gets through), then send an email!! Or allow me to add such an order to your application.
Oh, and the support is only by phone. In general, the service leaves much to be desired.
