Excellent hotel, reasonable price, perfect location, no view from the window, but very quiet! It is possible to leave suitcases for storage after eviction, there is an option for breakfast, good rooms, there are nuances in the quality of decoration, but they are not critical. There is even a micro gym. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Lived here for about a month. Of the advantages:
The staff speaks Russian, polite and friendly
, the location is convenient, the city center
The rooms themselves are not tired
Of the cons:
Disgusting and unstable wi-fi
There are no toothbrushes, pastes and cream for coffee
Bottled water is issued on a one-time basis upon check-in
The contingent of guests leaves much to be desired - noisy, ill-mannered. They can yell and slam doors until nightfall, sit in the hallway on the floor, and the hotel administration does not take any measures against such.
For understanding, the price tag per day is 100 bucks for the double single that I shot.
I don't recommend it

Poor internet connection in the room is intermittent. There is no washing machine or clothes dryer in the room. There was no running water in the sink. Parking is literally for five cars, but at our request they kept a place for us, for this plus a star. There was no view from our room — all to the courtyard, to the windows of the neighboring building. But they didn't promise us a view. Breakfast could be included for this price.
One of the advantages is the very center, Freedom Square.

Upon check-in, the hotel made a "free room upgrade" without warning, then, due to the need to stay in Tbilisi, the room had to be extended, but none of the staff warned about the difference in the room category. During the eviction, they billed GEL 350 and threatened the police. We missed the flight, the impression is blurred. We do not recommend it

I'll add a "fly in the ointment". After reading the positive reviews, I booked two apartments. I printed out the confirmation and went to Tbilisi. The taxi driver did not know about the hotel, parked at a clearly indicated address on the square. Somehow, with huge bags in the courtyards with ascents and descents, we found a building with a photo. No smile at the meeting, just the tortured face of the administrator. There is zero attention to my confirmation printout - there is only one number in the database, and then it's not our business. Although I even painted the names of the rooms. I started offering replacement options for other numbers, but in response I only heard that there were no numbers. Which is hard to believe. That's all... We went back to those creepy courtyards with our suitcases, it started raining
, and they didn't even offer us anything! In a foreign country, after a flight in the rain, we were forced to look for another hotel. It's good that they found it quickly, since the only advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the center, and there are a lot of hotels nearby for every budget. I want to say "Thank you very much!" that they did not let me stay with you, because in the neighboring hotel on the square there was a wonderful staff and a gorgeous view NOT of dirty courtyards.

Very convenient location. The rooms have everything and even more! Clean, pleasant smell, cleaning was carried out regularly and efficiently. Friendly staff.

The apartment is on a very good level. Spacious, new and clean. The breakfasts are quite good. There is even a small parking lot at the entrance to the arch. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, walking distance to the old city center.

Everything was clean. Great spacious room. In the room, the air conditioner did not work for the cold and the window does not open, there was no way to ventilate the room, it was very hot and stuffy. The reception didn't decide anything and refused to change the room.
