I was officially scammed, and Citroen is a spectator to this. The general directorate, I understand, supports this fraudulent scheme. I am a person who has been victimized by Citroen dealer Istanbul Değer Otomotiv. We have agreed with the dealer to buy the gray color of the C4X model car. First, the black colored car was booked for one day at the store. Then we were told by phone that there was a gray color at the port and it would arrive in 10-12 days, if we paid, we would not be affected by any difference. We also paid the full amount based on the balance specified in the messages on March 27. It was stated that the roof of the vehicle that arrived a while later was black and had a few more features. we were asked for a difference of 35 thousand TL, and we also paid it. Even at the stage of convincing us, the car may arrive earlier, we have passed the persuasion process with marketing tactics such as film coating the windows, silicone coating on top. In other words, the days chased the days, the future came, we gave power of attorney, delivery today, delivery tomorrow. for 1 month, my money has been held in their hands and evaluated, they have not delivered my car. They demand a difference. The Citroen head office says that this is our company policy, there is nothing we can do. I want my car.

15 i brought my car to maintenance and there is no glass water cover at the time I said this, no one helped, and the glass water cover got into me, absolutely customer service service consultants are incredibly rude incredible villains, especially service consultants, ladies do not help in any way, and their conversations are very cocky, I definitely do not recommend I have now brought 30 thousand maintenance again, there is a problem with the wiper blades, and they don't change what I have a right to, I paid for these wiper blades, but they are changing Full service maintenance when buying the car.i bought it and I have the right to change wipers for free every year.although you are not, change.they did not, I definitely do not recommend.i'll write it everywhere
