The hotel is located in a good location. There is a beautiful view from the window. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.
There are shops nearby, and many different cafes.
There is a great swimming pool and sauna on the roof.
The rooms are spacious, there are bathrobes, towels, tea station, TV, refrigerator. There is an ironing board on the floor.
The bed, pillows, are very comfortable.
Cleaning is done daily, the maids are very nice women.
In case of power outages, the hotel has generators.
Gagrypsh railway station is 2 steps away, for those who arrive /depart like a Swallow.
The cost is above average.
Among the disadvantages, I had to look for an administrator several times, I was absent on the spot. The problem has not been solved, and no apologies have been made.
Overall, the stay at this hotel was excellent, I recommend it

The coolest hotel. It was clean, cozy, and the room was large with good furniture. There is a safe, tea station, refrigerator. Water constantly, tea, coffee. Nice place with sea view. good breakfasts. It was a great bed, but the pillows didn't fit me. The breakfasts not only for Abkhazia but also for Russia as a whole are very good and varied. The hotel is good. Buffet breakfast (in the video), coffee from the coffee machine is paid, the rest of the meals (lunch, dinner) are on request, everything is delicious. No rotovirus was observed in October.
The rooftop pool is why we chose this hotel! It is very warm, about 30 degrees, in the evening we went swimming in it at sunset. There is a sauna nearby. The second video is a view from the roof where the pool is.
The rooms are spacious, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Linen, towels, bathrobes - clean as new.
The staff is polite
It's not far to the sea, 10 minutes. We went to dinner next to the Ritz cafe, it's very tasty there!
It takes about half an hour to walk to the Old Gagra colonnade. We went to Novaya Gagra (to the Ferris wheel and the market) by car.

From 12/30/2024 to 01/5/2025 we had a rest at the hotel, I am delighted, very clean, the breakfasts are just a bomb, everything is very tasty! We had a family vacation in October 2024 and stayed at this hotel. We all really liked this hotel. It is not inferior to the Turkish ones. Lovely clean rooms, daily cleaning. Everything you need in the room is also there. The buffet is also provided for different tastes. The staff is polite and attentive. And it's great to have a rooftop pool with warm water. We didn't get into the best weather and it was our salvation. We were very satisfied. We advise everyone who goes to Gagra.

The guys work as one, a big family, I just felt this homely, pleasant atmosphere)
The pool is warm, 25-27 degrees, the sauna is also warm (100+ degrees), beautiful views of the mountains and the sea from the 6th floor.
Good music is playing in the bar, quiet.

We are resting at the hotel now. The rooms are good, clean enough, the water is being updated, the staff is friendly, the pool and sauna are quite clean, the beach is quite clean, delicious breakfasts are quiet and peaceful, there is a shop nearby where Abkhazian wine is 300 rubles. 😊
Nearby there is a delicious dining room at the APRA hotel
30 min walk to the Old Gagra and the beautiful embankment.
Among the disadvantages - the smell of sewage in the room, ventilation does not help, there is no coffee machine at breakfast, weak Wi-Fi.

Good afternoon! We had a rest from 17.06 to 27.06. The impression is just great. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality. How did you manage to pick up the staff? Everyone is ready to answer any question and solve any problem. Food is generally a separate topic. Delicious , varied and in huge quantities (breakfast). Daily room cleaning and towel change. You can safely do with one meal before dinner. Special thanks to the receptionist Daria, a wonderful girl. And I would also like to mention the bartender from Leon's "roof". A charming young man with an unusually kind and open heart. In the evenings, a visit to the bar and the excellent warm and clean pool was mandatory. The sea is 3 minutes away. Its own beach with sun loungers and soft mattresses. Keep it up ! On the next visits to Abkhazia, only Gagra and only this hotel.

We thank the hotel management and staff for a wonderful stay!!! The room has new furniture, comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning. In general, there is everything you need!!! The balcony offers a magnificent view of the sea and mountains.

Maid girls are hard workers - they clean and wash things all day long.
It's so nice to be back in clean rooms.
The receptionists and bartenders of the hotel are very polite - it is always nice to contact them with any request or just to talk.
Chefs 🔥 divine porridges in the morning😘 and what a strudel 🤌 overall, very tasty cuisine! 10 out of 10

A great hotel for a family holiday. A gorgeous room, a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Clean, cleaned every day. The room has a good bed, smart TV, tea set, refrigerator, bathrobes. Water, tea accessories, gel, shampoo are replenished daily.. Excellent breakfasts, very tasty and satisfying. Polite, friendly staff. Very nice pool on the roof of the hotel, always clean and warm water.. Everything is clean and cozy. Very convenient location. The center of Novaya Gagra is 5 km away, and the old one is 1.5 -2 km away. The beach is a 5-minute quiet walk away. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Excellent hotel, quiet, 3 minutes to the sea, free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, a variety of breakfasts, you can take porridge and fruits, or you can take it more seriously, like for lunch. we cleaned and replenished water/toiletries every day, the bed was changed for 3 or 4 days. In the evening, it's nice to swim in the pool against the backdrop of mountains and order cocktails at the bar) in general, I liked everything, very soft bed linen, we even tried to find a tag, we recommend buying it home!

We had a rest here for the New Year 2024-2025. We came from Adler and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the menu is, they made separate exceptions for me due to the child's allergies and removed all dairy ingredients from the food. Family atmosphere, high-quality room cleaning-thanks to Galina and the other girl, they didn't ask for her name, friendly receptionists and a wonderful bartender, Lia, with an excellent espresso martini. Good breakfasts. The hotel was small, there were people, but it was always free in the pool, sauna and there were no problems with places for breakfast. The convenient location of the hotel is between the old and new Gagra, convenient for walking and driving.
We still don't understand why normal coffee is paid for at breakfast and only instant coffee is included in breakfast. It seems that coffee from coffee machines has not been a luxury for a long time and they even stand at home, but for 4 days while we were resting, it was not a problem to pay for normal coffee in the morning, not to drink instant coffee.
The hotel has its own generator and turning off the lights is not a problem. It is convenient to watch TV with installed accounts, including Netflix, YouTube. There were no problems with Wi-Fi.

I liked the hotel as a whole. On the top floor there is a lounge area with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. There were delicious and varied breakfasts in the mornings. What I didn't really like was the carpet in the room. There was a feeling that there was a smell of dampness because of it (I think the guests did not bother much coming after the sea or the pool)
The staff is friendly, especially the receptionist Dasha) I think that next time we will also use the services of the hotel.

We are coming here for the second year . They were in 2023 and in October 2024. As usual: everything is at the highest level. The rooms are cleaned every day , the pool and sauna perfectly complement the vacation, the buffet breakfast - there is always a choice. The convenient location of the hotel , its own Parking , 4 minutes to the sea. Compared to many hotels in Abkhazia, I consider citrus the best. A great, cozy hotel. There are pros and cons.
Good location (very cozy place with mountain views), while 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The hotel is obviously new, everything is fresh.
They wrote about sound insulation, but everything is fine in our room, we couldn't hear the neighbors.
I liked that there is a restaurant at the hotel (the prices of the restaurant are higher than the cafe :) ), everything is delicious. The Wi-Fi is working fine.
I will not lower the rating, but I will write to the management.
There is no way to make a late check-out, only if the full payment of the day is made.
In the lounge area, the bartender turns on dance music (I wanted silence among the mountains), but they responded to requests to make it quieter.
The most unusual thing for us is the size of the room, very spacious, thank you for doing so.

Definitely only the pros! The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a balcony with a gorgeous view!!! The bathroom is spacious! I really liked the location of the hotel, quiet, calm and beautiful! Breakfast is five-plus, delicious and despite the small selection it is impossible to eat everything). The sea is very close. The staff will tell you everything and advise you, thanks to the girls.
The swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area on the roof of the hotel is a separate super zone!!! I advise everyone, you will not regret it. At a relatively low price.

A European-style hotel in Abkhazia in Gagra! A really warm pool +32, excellent cleaning, delicate bed linen, elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, beautiful roof view: sauna, pool and rooftop bar. Lovely and friendly staff who really want to help with your question! I love this hotel, I feel at home, I will come many more times! There is a JBL Partybox speaker, we played music on the roof (our own pool party :) The store, establishments and the sea are within walking distance. We were in May 2022 and have just returned now in March. Food is cheaper in this hotel, not in establishments, cocktails are tastier than in establishments, breakfasts are delicious, there is a bicycle rental literally 500 m away. I have something to compare it with - this cozy small hotel definitely deserves your attention, I was in Sochi in several hotels, in Thailand, in Georgia, and I remember Citrus. The photos on the website correspond to the hotel completely!

And hotter:scrambled eggs of different cooking recipes and porridge. And what is the cost of unlimited access to the pool + 30 ° and sauna!!!!! Abkhazian paradise))) The rooms are clean and cozy. There is always hot water and light!!! For Abkhazia, this is wow. The lights are turned off there often, several times a day for a long time. In Citrus, the longest time was 3 minutes 1 time. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy. The disadvantage of the rooms is not sufficient noise insulation-therefore 4 points.
The kitchen gets 3 points. Breakfast until 11 am, you come at 10:20 that's it, there's nothing to eat)) you run after employees, begging to replenish the buffet, you will not always achieve this the first time.
Caesar salad on the takeaway menu is just tin. Don't take it. Baked parmesan, instead of grated and for some reason super fatty fried bacon was added. Surprised)) the kitchen at the hotel was expected to be a little better. I hope this will be fixed.
In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel! Clean and cozy, which is not a little important.

The rooms are free and cozy. Of the cons, there are staff through the shift who can be quite rude. Due to the time difference, the children ran to breakfast 15 minutes earlier after sleeping and received a rude refusal, as well as the family that similarly came early and quietly sat at the reception. 🔥 Swimming pool, and sauna too. No complaints. I repeat, there was a young girl in the shift, so she showed wonderful service, and she was polite and would bring a cocktail. With her, rest, so rest. Another of the disadvantages, the air conditioner dripping on the carpet, stepped between the hallway and the room with socks in such a puddle. And the corner on the wallpaper is raw to black.

We had a standard room.
The room is large, bright, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, warm, very clean.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, clean and new plumbing.
In the rooms: cosmetics (toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo), bathrobes and slippers. Clothes dryer.
The hotel has a heated swimming pool and sauna, which is included in the room rate. It's all clear! The pool is very warm and the view is amazing!
There is a laundry service!
The breakfasts (included in the price) and lunches (complex) are decent!
You won't stay hungry!
Breakfast: eggs, sausage of various types, cheese, porridge, free coffee from the coffee machine at the bar (this is a separate plus)!
The staff is friendly, customer-oriented!
Upon check-in, we were greeted at the reception by a simply charming girl and despite the late (night check-in) She explained everything and showed us!

Terrible hotel, terrible staff, except for the cleaners and the receptionist (namely women) at the reception, after having lunch in their restaurant, everyone who was with us was poisoned.
It feels like you didn't come to the hotel for 10k a day, but to visit the employees and they are always not happy with your presence.
The rooms are dirty, it smells damp in the shower and toilet.
There was a rotten sausage at the breakfast included in the price.
In this hotel, employees are absolutely unable to communicate with guests and have no respect for them.
This is a quiet horror, not a hotel)
The whole impression of the holiday was ruined.
The heated pool was out of order, although the workers said it was fine, it was 19 degrees outside, the pool was 22..
Apparently the guys don't know what a heated pool is)
But after our comments, it still warmed up to 27-28 degrees..
As an apology, the hotel administration presented us with a bottle of sparkling wine.
And now I'll tell you about the bar, I can't judge who's to blame there, but the fact that they sell burnt alcohol is a fact
About buying a martini, they pour you some kind of booze that resembles moonshine in smell, and also differs in color from the original drink)
I can't judge what will happen after drinking the drink, we didn't drink it..
