We had a rest in September 2024. Of course, the hotel is modest at all, there are flaws, but it has everything basic. You can live. But the most important thing is the staff who worked there. Thanks a lot to Margarita and Zinaida! Excellent people, very humane, sincere and pleasant. Their attitude will decorate any hotel in any city and how wonderful it is that they worked in Citrus!

I had a rest in early December 2023. I liked the mini-hotel's interior, location, near bus stops and the sea, shops and cafes. The friendly, responsive administrator of the Firaya, is ready to come to the rescue at any time of the day, will tell you everything, show you. The room has three beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating, kettle, cups, refrigerator, TV, pleasant atmosphere, bathroom in the room. There is a terrace on the roof overlooking the mountains and the sea, it is interesting to have breakfast there. There is a Ferris wheel in 5 minutes, next to the hotel there is a stop in old Gagra on the Colonnade 7 minutes by bus.

I spent a wonderful winter vacation at this hotel. We were especially pleased with the underfloor heating in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and polite staff. The distance to the sea is only 5 minutes, you can meet sunrises and see off sunsets🥰 And if you are too lazy to go, then you can go up to the terrace, you can see the mountains from there, the beauty is indescribable 😍 There are shops and cafes nearby, which is very convenient. I definitely plan to come back here again!!!!
