We had a rest in September 2024. Of course, the hotel is modest at all, there are flaws, but it has everything basic. You can live. But the most important thing is the staff who worked there. Thanks a lot to Margarita and Zinaida! Excellent people, very humane, sincere and pleasant. Their attitude will decorate any hotel in any city and how wonderful it is that they worked in Citrus!

I had a rest in early December 2023. I liked the mini-hotel's interior, location, near bus stops and the sea, shops and cafes.
The friendly, responsive administrator of the Firaya, is ready to come to the rescue at any time of the day, will tell you everything, show you.
The room has three beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating, kettle, cups, refrigerator, TV, pleasant atmosphere, bathroom in the room.
There is a terrace on the roof overlooking the mountains and the sea, it is interesting to have breakfast there. There is a Ferris wheel in 5 minutes, next to the hotel there is a stop in old Gagra on the Colonnade 7 minutes by bus.

I spent a wonderful winter vacation at this hotel. We were especially pleased with the underfloor heating in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and polite staff. The distance to the sea is only 5 minutes, you can meet sunrises and see off sunsets🥰 And if you are too lazy to go, then you can go up to the terrace, you can see the mountains from there, the beauty is indescribable 😍
There are shops and cafes nearby, which is very convenient.
I definitely plan to come back here again!!!!

The Citrus Hotel on Gechba Street saved our vacation!!! The best hotel! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattresses, working air conditioners!
We arrived in Gagra in August by car for 5 people–2 adults and a grandmother with 2 grandchildren.
The first time we settled unsuccessfully–choosing 1 line by the sea, I did not think that the disco was booming on the embankment until 2 a.m., after 2 days we moved to a private house, too, terribly unsuccessfully–the owners stayed at home and arranged for us a "strict regime vacation"–knocked on the rooms checking if we had stones in our shoes (there were no stones), they said that we were coughing (passers-by coughed on the street), rushed to see if we had put the shower watering can correctly (suddenly the hose would break, but we put it correctly), jumped out to see if we would break the microwave, and most importantly, they had no voltage and the air conditioner did NOT work in August on the sunny side!!! Although they said at check-in that there is an air conditioner. It is there, but it doesn't work! We were sweating and couldn't sleep from the heat! They asked for a fan several times, but there wasn't even a cheap fan! The address of this nightmare is Gechba D.3. Do not check in there if you want to relax, and not jump up from knocking on the door with an inspection of the room for the presence of stones. We suffered for 2 days, went all over Gagra in search of housing, because we need not one, but two rooms, a double and a triple. We were already desperate, we wanted to leave, but at the last moment we found 2 luxury rooms 2 and 3 local right across the street! Gechba d. 1. It turned out to be a mini-hotel CITRUS! The hotel really saved our vacation, we finally rested after all the trials with terrible waiting rooms, slept well, bought up,(the sea is very close down the street, but you can't hear the discos) no one bothered us, no noise, the air conditioners worked, everything is fine! And after that, the owner of the Citrus offered to move to a village near Gagra, and we did not regret it!!! There was complete relaxation, the whole area was planted with banana trees, cacti and the sea across the street. but this is another review about the private sector under the name "Bombora")))

Wonderful hotel, we stayed here in winter. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and will always help and prompt. The sea is 5 minutes away. There is also an exit to the terrace and a beautiful view from it. Only the most pleasant memories remained after staying here! So we recommend this place!

A wonderful hotel,the rooms are clean,the room has a refrigerator,a kettle,there is a microwave in the corridor,the air conditioner is working properly,the TV is fixed like everything in the room,there is also a baby feeding chair,the staff is very polite and responsive, on the 4th floor there is just a great time in the evening watching the sunset there is one flaw on the 4th floor there there is no toilet (I hope it will be made).There are a couple of shops nearby where everything is available, 10 minutes to the sea, but this is with a child, it's faster for an adult to walk.
So everything is fine, I recommend it.2 adults and a 2-year-old child had a rest!)

We stayed for a week on our honeymoon. I really liked it. The accommodation includes breakfast - everything is delicious, homemade, a good varied selection. Of the small disadvantages, there is a very small courtyard area, but this did not affect our vacation in any way, but it is important for someone (for example, you can fry a barbecue, but it is not very convenient). The location is excellent - almost the center of novaya Gagra, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, excursions for sale. The hostess is a sincere woman, she will always prompt, tell, arrange a transfer, meet and conduct. Linen change and cleaning on time. In general, we recommend it.

A cozy, comfortable and peaceful place. We lived on the 2nd floor in the 8th room 6 - 12.09.23. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi - everything is working properly. No parties were heard. On the 4th floor there is an outdoor terrace. To the sea straight down the street on foot 5-7 minutes at a calm pace. There are many shops, pharmacies, canteens, cafes nearby.
There is a railway nearby, but with the doors closed, you can't hear anything, so don't worry.
Booked a room a month before check-in. All this time, the employees were in touch with us and answered any of our questions.

We had a family vacation in July 2022 in a family room. A cozy, small mini-hotel. The room is clean, has air conditioning, refrigerator, dishes, hot water. Replacement of towels on request. Snow-white bed linen. A very affordable price for accommodation with breakfast included. Breakfasts are plentiful, at the same time there are several types of porridge, and egg dishes, and cheesecakes, and pancakes with different fillings, homemade cakes. The owner of the hotel Natalia is a very attentive, caring, responsive woman. Always in touch, provides advice on any issue. Meets and accompanies upon arrival and departure. I am concerned for the safety of the residents. We really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cozy, clean. Like at home) the room has two/four beds, a table, a sofa, a TV, a mini fridge, a kettle, a wardrobe. The staff is very friendly. The sea is just around the corner. At the same time, there is no noise from the evening cafes on the beach or from the road. It's a wonderful place.

We were alone with a friend! there is an opinion with a plus, along with it, there are wishes! Affordable price, room for 2-3 people (single bed + double bed), in the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, cups, spoons, on request! A wardrobe, a small sofa near, it is convenient to sit down, change shoes, this is important for age vacationers! there is also a TV and a set-top box, they could not turn it on on their own, but they did not ask for help either! air conditioning ( of course, in the south without it - no way! Bathroom, toilet, shower, mirror, hair dryer! The walls are probably very thin, you can hear everything and everyone! there is an additional door to the yard, there is a garbage can with a lid nearby in the yard, the garbage was taken out by themselves, a garbage truck arrives daily! the presence of cleaning in the room was not observed (it is difficult to say how the hostess of the hotel decided:- Should we have done it ourselves, or should we have been reminded about cleaning?!)perhaps there is an opinion that people do not come to the sea to sit in the room! and you can't argue with that either!the hostesses are friendly, smiling, and in touch! drinks are available for sale right in the lobby, first of all - drinking water (let me explain, it is not recommended to drink tap water. probably technical! and also the wine seems to be locally produced, but delicious, pleasant, I liked it!the hotel is 3 storeys high, they say there is an outdoor terrace upstairs where it is nice to relax on a summer evening, (there was nothing to add!) the road to the sea is right down the street, it takes a few minutes (depends on age, and the number of diseases!), the beach is rocky, entering the sea is irresponsible, not the most convenient, alas! but the sea is beautiful (but how else if everyone wants to visit it at least once a year with the best intentions!!!!!). there are numerous cafes on the embankment, for different tastes and budgets, there is also a Ferris Wheel attraction! there is, of course!!!) boat trips, banana rides in the open sea, paragliding in the air! As well as offers of many excursions! with a unique Abkhazian flavor and cordiality !!! I did not mention, there is a dining room next to the hotel, inexpensive, there are different cafes in any other direction, we did not meet the hungry!

Finally got around to writing a review!
In the summer, we rested at the Citrus mini-hotel with friends, and it was a wonderful vacation. We were greeted very cordially and quickly checked into the room.
The room is clean and cozy. The hotel has Wi-Fi. The distance to the embankment is only 5-7 minutes on foot, so we went swimming 3-4 times a day
The helpful staff, spacious rooms and convenient location make your stay here unforgettable. We really want to come back here again!!

A cozy mini-hotel, clean, beautiful, in good condition, the kitchen is open in summer, they cook for customers, in cool weather heated floors, air conditioning with remote control, kettle, TV , downstairs you can take beach accessories from the hostess -slippers for entering the water, beach mats, straw hats, it's great. the beach is 5 minutes on foot, 350 meters, crossed by 2 small streets. The balcony is on 2 sides, but the view into the wall of neighboring houses, to the sea is a piece of ferris. Upstairs on the roof there is an observation deck - a veranda, sofas, a view of the mountains and the sea over the roofs of houses. The hostess is very friendly, always in touch. Near the street there are shops, private cafes everywhere. The water is always hot and cold! If you spend the whole day at sea and travel, then 5 points, if you are in the hotel all the time, then you can feel the audibility behind the wall. But the problem of the whole of Abkhazia is that sometimes the lights go out at night. That's why I set it to 4.

Dear future guests of this hotel in Gagra, you are not looking for any more options!!!!!!I recommend this hotel, I really really recommend it!!!!😎😎😎The rooms are gorgeous, everything is available-bathroom, TV, beds,bed linen, kettle, dishes, refrigerator.Everything is clean and cozy!!!!there is nothing to say about the infrastructure-shops, pharmacies,cafes,canteens,restaurants, the sea are all within walking distance of 1-2 minutes walk.The hotel includes breakfasts, they are truly ROYAL (in general, my advice is friendly-do not go anywhere, because the hostess of the hotel will feed you with lunch and dinners, in order to avoid incidents with poisoning, as it was with us!!!!after everything related to food, only the Hostess🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥) I also really, really want to thank the hostess of the hotel-Natalia, this is a responsive, kind person who will come to the rescue in a difficult moment!!! We cannot leave Russia, as the ban on departure, after we informed the hostess of this guest house, the very next day after making the prepayment, we were simply blocked. Great breakfasts! A friendly hostess. It's close to the sea!
I didn't like it: room cleaning is bad. Dust and dirt behind the beds and bedside tables. During the stay, the bed linen and towels were never cleaned or changed. (I didn't ask, I think it goes without saying). The furniture is the most budget-friendly and needs to be replaced. All the windows of the rooms overlook a nearby house, which is literally one and a half meters away from you. Accordingly, there is no view - plus, with the balcony doors open, the external air conditioning units are very audible! And also, the crazy barrel on the next house (the so-called boiler, made with your own hands) also made noise!
In the heat, the air conditioner did not work- no one began to do and figure it out), it's a shame!
I think the prices are too high! There is no desire to return.

Mini-hotel Citrus. That's great!
We had a family vacation with two children (1 and 3 years old). In the last week of August, the beginning of September. A quiet, peaceful place, but the infrastructure is not far away. Shops and canteens are nearby. We walked to the beach with a stroller for 5 minutes. The market is 20 minutes away.
The hostess Natalia and the assistant Larisa are great fellows! The hostess will explain everything, tell you, direct you where you need to go), if necessary, call a transfer or taxi. Any issue is under personal control.
She always cooks breakfast herself. Delicious! Lunches and dinners are possible by appointment. The kids got sick, so they brought us a decoction cooked! A human attitude!
The rooms are clean and pleasant. There is something you need. Air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, kettle. Always hot water, boiler. If it's cool, you can turn on underfloor heating!
Washing machine on request, for a fee.
The hotel has a refrigerator with juices, waters, and lemonades. Bottles of 1.5 and 5 liters. Prices are just below the store and at hand!
Panoramic roof overlooking the sea and Ferris wheel, mountains. On top of the roofs of neighboring houses. With upholstered sofas and poufs.
I read other reviews and am surprised. Did you guys come to lie in a hotel or to Abkhazia?! Enjoy the cool nature! Ride to unfamiliar places, which the hostess Natalia will tell you ;)

We stayed at this hotel from December 28 to January 5, 2021, the room was on the 3rd floor, the room is angular but very warm and bright , the Windows are on the floor, the view is beautiful and clean. The location is next to the sea in 2 minutes walking distance, in the center of Gagra to the market 15 minutes on foot. They greeted and escorted us warmly , for which thank you very much .
