I really liked the hotel. We rested there for a month, the staff's attitude is simply amazing, all issues are being resolved promptly.
A huge disadvantage is the large number of Indian men who behave very noisily, which incredibly interferes at night, but the staff does their best to solve these problems if they are told about them in a timely manner.
The location is convenient, the pier is within walking distance, 7/11 is being built right in front of the hotel, Walking street is 10 minutes away.wants.
The breakfasts are great, a separate floor of the restaurant for Indian people, a separate one for Europeans, which was very pleasing!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. I liked everything. The rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfasts are decent, the hotel territory is cleaned, the pool is cleaned in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable (even if you don't have a balcony, it wasn't a problem for us). Many people write that there are a lot of "guests from India "-yes, it is true, but they do not interfere in any way. In general, thanks to the hotel and the staff for a good rest and mood!

I do not recommend this hotel to Russian girls. Hindus and only men come there every day. They come with one goal, to love taek. They love them quickly, for 5 minutes at a time. But they make a lot of noise, both in the morning and at night. And during the day they don't let you lie quietly by the pool. They're constantly gawking, trying to take pictures with you. And if you don't allow it, they brazenly stand next to you and take pictures. You become a WHITE MONKEY for them. The breakfasts are meager. Egg, rice, toast with jam, pineapple with dragon fruit, coffee and juice. A giant cockroach was discovered in the room! Towels are not brought to the rooms, and they can also take them away but not bring clean ones. In general, enjoy your stay!!

The hotel is old and has been in need of renovation for a long time. At the same time, upon check-in, a deluxe city view room was promised, in fact, we received a room with a view of the neighboring building, and the balcony generally overlooks the pole. The hotel is in such a sad state that you don't want to spend more than one night here.
It is impossible to sleep, there is constant noise from the street and from the corridor.

It took a very long time to get the documents, they settled in only at 15:12, we arrived at 13:20, dirty hotel, damp in the room, old furniture, foreign smell, bed linen and towels washed and partially torn, cleaning for 2 out of 10, dirty pool, breakfast for 4 out of 10, monotonous for day 4 the food was boring, the water pressure was very weak, the cleaning requests were not fulfilled, the hair dryer was brought only on the third day. I do not recommend this hotel

The rooms are large and clean, the furniture is not old, cleaning is regular, a large TV with three programs in Russian. I liked everything, I RECOMMEND IT.

We rested at the end of January 2020, we liked everything, good location to the pier if you are going to relax on Koh Lan island, the hotel is decent, everything is convenient, everything is arranged, it is far from the city beach although it is very dirty, the pool is small, but it is enough, there is a Jacuzzi in the pool, foreigners living do not bother.

Among the disadvantages, you can not smoke in the room on the balcony, eat food bought with you on the territory of the hotel. Due to the location of the buildings to each other, it is impossible to sunbathe on the pool.

We arrived under the Sandbox program on January 16. The room is not cleaned at all. Everything that ends up (water, toilet paper, coffee) does not replenish anything. The menu is decent for 3 days. Next, what will be brought. PCR is right at the hotel, but when they take it and when the result is ready, nothing is clear and for a very long time. We are not satisfied.
