Отдыхали в этом отеле в декабре 24. Номера отличные просторные на 4+, тапочки и халаты есть, вода пополняется ежедневно. Персонал отличный, питание тоже даже для привередливых всегда найдётся что поесть. А главное везде чисто и убрано, территория не большая но ухоженная.
На территории бурундуки, ящерки, цапли и вороны)
Океан за все время не был спокойным, поплавать не удалось. Но так почти на всем побережье.
Хочу отдельное спасибо сказать Рассику, бичбою на пляже. Мы с ним ездили на две экскурсии и ни чуточку не пожалели, так же он организовал нам катание на слонах тоже очень экономно и рядом с отелем!
Всегда расскажет, что где лучше купить и куда съездить. Рекомендую.

1. Rooms: all with ocean views, we had a superior: a large bed, sofa, wardrobe, refrigerator, safe, large bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony with two chairs. The rooms require light cosmetic repairs, as there are scuffs somewhere, but overall good. The only thing worth fixing is the cleanliness in the shower, it leaves much to be desired.
The room includes 1 foot towel, 1 towel per person, 1 set of gel, shower, lotion, shower cap, soap. Everything else, slippers, extra towels, a set of gel must be requested at the reception. Towels are changed every 3 days.
Room cleaning is good, bed linen, towels, etc. will be changed for a tip.
Wi-Fi works, but it's best at night. It doesn't load well during the day.
2. All meals are included. Includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There are no snacks between them. There is a cooking workshop once a day, but this is purely symbolic entertainment.
There is enough food, it includes European (pasta, potatoes, fried eggs, pizza) and local (spicy and spiced) dishes. What is tolerable for us and who will like it: the hotel is very old and specifically shabby (rooms), a small pool and it is alone. Therefore, when Lankans come to the hotel with their families on weekends (they do this), it's a little cramped. Strong waves (who knows how: it's safe and fun, there is no tightening current. But it's scary at first).
Which is just bad: around. The village of Vaskaduwa is a real hole, everything is very poor, you can't go anywhere on foot, dirt and tuk-tukers with their harassment and trade (yes, this is a flavor, but not mine at all). There is no sign of moped rental: to go somewhere is a taxi or a tuk-tuk for a lot of money.

But he took the money regularly! Pool: not deep, clean, but the area around the pool was hosed down 1 time in 10 days.(the rain will wash the rest), the deck chairs are old wooden. There are a few 80 pieces, and 50 mattresses on them, so it is advisable to take up space at 6 a.m., you also need to drag the mattresses from under the canopy yourself (which also does not pull at 5 * in any way). Shrimp or crabs daily (sometimes also very spicy). Fruits: pineapple, papaya, watermelon and some kind of green, tasteless thing. In the last 2 days, fried eggs were not fried for breakfast. They don't pour coffee for breakfast, and you can't even call this drink coffee.
The overall impression is good, but we bought a 5* tour (we were in 5* in Sri Lanka that year and I know what I'm talking about), and this hotel pulls for 4. We asked this question to the hotel guide Anex tour, who, by the way, invited us to a nearby hotel for the first meeting, where he introduced us only to excursions.
