The hotel, as I understand it, was converted from an old Soviet dorm. It's quite small and cramped. The rooms are small, the furniture and carpet are already old. In general, you can live. They clean the towels every day. I didn't understand why I couldn't put a normal urn in the room, there is only a microrna in the toilet.
The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, there are plenty to choose from. In general, it will work.

A nice, comfortable hotel. The main thing is inexpensive. There is a cooler on the floor, air conditioning in the room. Breakfast is also inexpensive, cheaper than in many hotels. The place is quiet, however, it is only by car to the center. The staff is helpful. By the way, there are even special smoking areas for smokers without leaving the hotel.

I recommend. On the outskirts of the city, at least, it's not close to the center. But clean, cozy, great cafe, good breakfasts. The staff is very friendly, the girls are great. They are always friendly and ready to help in all matters. The room has everything you need, no frills.

The room is a 2-room suite, huge with huge windows and sea views, designer modern renovation, in pleasant shades, a huge comfortable bed, a coffee machine, a kettle and the whole set for drinks. The bathroom floor is heated, it is very comfortable. Breakfast can be ordered in the room, and you can choose from several formed sets.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the historical center of Makhachkala and close to the beach. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. We recommend you to relax!

The hotel is quite far from the center, in my opinion it was converted from an old Soviet dorm. We had a rather small and cramped room for three, a family room. The window overlooked the cafe, the music was blaring until one o'clock in the morning, it was difficult to fall asleep. Among the advantages - very polite staff, clean linen and towels, delicious and hearty breakfast.

The cafe, which is in the basement, completely negates all the advantages of the hotel! I shouldn't have taken the reviews lightly. You can check into this hotel only if you yourself are going to drink until twelve p.m., because the music from the cafe and drunken screams will not allow you to relax. But the hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the staff leaves a good impression. I go to Gomel 3-4 times a year, but I definitely won't stay at this hotel anymore. As they say, they earn respect for years, but lose it in one moment! But I can assume that the income from the cafe is more profitable, so these reviews are up to the owners of the hotel.

Everything seems to be fine, the receptionist met me , showed me everything, told me the numbers for a solid 3+ .There is a minus for which I put 1, when communicating with the administrator, a person incomprehensible to us got into the conversation (out of sobriety), started a dialogue with the words "Are you kidding me?"

The hotel is great! From the reception to the room, everything is at the highest level. The price is not the highest in Gomel. The administrators are attentive and sooo pleasant. And everything. We rested with pleasure. Parking is available, which is important when traveling by car. We used to stay at another hotel in Gomel. Now just this way.

The suite has 2 rooms, a good interior, there is a large sofa, a bed, a mirror, 2 TVs, a table, armchairs, a kettle, mugs and cutlery with a tray, a refrigerator, a safe, a hair dryer, a mirror, bathrobes, disposable toothbrushes and paste.
They give you a choice of 6 breakfasts for a small additional fee with a decent set.
There is also a bar, a summer cafe and a private playground.
Not close to the city center.
