A wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable, beautiful, pleasant! The staff is wonderful and can even help when you are not one of the guests! Very tasty breakfasts, medium-sized rooms with wonderful views, convenient location in the center. There is a park nearby, on the ground floor of a Starbucks. It is very important that the inside of the room is always neat. The staff absolutely does not touch/move your personal belongings when cleaning.

I will write to the hotel management. You don't look like a good hotel. The girls at the reception + the boys - lived for 10 days the first 2 days our room was not included in the breakfast list and we were just told you are not on the list, you cannot eat. The boys at the reception did not solve the problem. This is a big indicator - breakfast is on schedule until 11:00. Many dishes are no longer available for breakfast at 10:00, namely sweet sausage. And at 10:30, breakfast began to be cleaned. I have not seen this in any city or in any hotel. And on the last day, they didn't clean our room, they didn't take out the trash, they just made the bed and ate a couple of Raffaello candies out of the box) we're not greedy take it! But clean the room. We often forgot to put 2 sets of towels, we had to call the reception. This post serves as an indication of the shortcomings of the hotel's management. Unfortunately, I did not see Oriental hospitality, especially at breakfast. It was the biggest internal sediment that because of the program failure, as we were later told, we were not allowed to eat. I do not recommend this hotel to visit. Since there are many shortcomings that will overshadow your arrival, especially if you come on a business trip and work 14 hours a day.

One of the most comfortable hotels I have visited. The room is clean and smells delicious. The rooms are cozy. There are many channels on TV.
About hotels, I want to say the following, if everything is fine, everything is everywhere, comfort is provided and at the same time the staff is not visible, then everything is set up correctly in the work. I came to Shymkent on business. I stayed at this hostel. The hostel was pleasantly surprised, the rooms are clean. Each room has a closet, toilet and shower. An electronic key that goes to the room that goes to the locker. There is a recreation area. There is a work area and you can even take a book to read from the reception. The staff looks neat and was friendly. The room cost 5 thousand tenge per day, in general, this level of comfort is worth the money. Breakfast is not included in the amount, but there was a kitchen where you could order alcohol)) the location is convenient in the city center in one of the shopping centers.

Beautiful girls at the reception, they will tell you everything. I wanted a new one, the bed is new, it was perfectly clean when I was there))) endless shampoo and soap are super and in the kitchen there is an endless supply of tea, coffee, sugar who uses everything for free and a cooler with hot and cold drinking water and endless toilet paper. I managed to stay in the hostel for only a few hours, there is also the City hotel nearby, there are no questions about cleanliness, decoration, interior and convenience.
It was only stuffy in the 8-bed room, although there were only 2 of us. It was really hard to sleep, I woke up every hour, and I only slept for 6 hours.
In general, I consider the option very convenient, 17 minutes by taxi to the airport, 1500 tenge

- I got a room with a view of the neighboring store (on the one hand, all the rooms are like this). This is not even a minus, it's just that there is such a feature.
The room has a standard set of furniture, a bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, a safe, a small bar, a kettle.
Conveniently, without going outside, you can go for a coffee at Starbucks or in a cafe with a summer terrace.

The hotel is very small, I have lived in this hotel many times. The rooms are small, those rooms that do not face the main street on the Republic, go directly to the shopping center. The morning starts with guffaws and noise, in the evening the guards play roll call. The elevator alone is very noisy, its constant ding really pisses me off.
The breakfast that is included is very meager, if you like to sleep, then you will finish what is left of what is so little.

Separately, I really liked the service, location, breakfast, room everything was super. We rested there during the tour. Only one thing confused me that the bar was not included in the room rate, but was available. It looked like a test of strength, no one checked the contents when leaving. I hope it didn't work out so that we didn't use it, and the operator may have paid for something. I think this point needs to be improved.

A hostel with decent rooms, a clean bed. The bed has a night light and a charger.
There is a work table in the rooms. Shampoos and gels are loaded into dispensers in the shower. There are slippers and 2 towels in the closets, hangers.
There is an excellent coworking dining room where you can comfortably work and eat. Free tea/coffee/sugar, water, clean mugs.
I used the laundry, but the spin didn't work in the washer.
In general, the hostel is of a very good level - I recommend it!

Great hotel! I strongly advise you to consider it if you are staying in Shymkent. The rooms are clean and cozy. We took a suite for three, slept well, had breakfast. There are 2 in the room(!!!) air conditioning, coffee, tea. There are ironers on the floor. If I manage to visit Shymkent again, then I will definitely stay here! And also: very polite and friendly staff, cafes and even starbucks nearby!
