They shoukd have an app or call in the morning, so people have enough time to get back to them.

In general, dinner for 2 people cost almost 5,500 rubles: 2 hot dishes, spring rolls, tea. This is too much for Uzbekistan. Neither the view nor the live music is worth it. Not even the dishes.
