It's pretty average, with prices at the Hilton level.
They take everything by location. (But this is the opinion of a middle-class person, and the guys, apparently, are guided by others. but! For the well-off, they hardly pull out the dishes and atmosphere/staff)
In general, Tashkent is quite boring and sad.
At this level, this institution is approx.
But there are still a lot of places for the guys to grow up.

I'll give you 4 just for not actually trying the kitchen. But you can find a very decent bottle of wine for reasonable money. There is more choice of sparkling wine from the recommendations. And of course, a very cool view of the city.

The view from the terrace overlooking the city is definitely worth visiting this restaurant at least once. You can find a dish for every taste on the menu (but you should check with the waiter if it is in the kitchen). It's nice to smoke a hookah in the evening on the terrace while playing the violin or a selection of DJ tracks. The prices are high, but the setting is worth it.
