The visit to the hotel brought a pleasant impression. Warm welcome, homely atmosphere, cleanliness and comfort. Delicious, plentiful breakfasts)). The convenient location of the hotel in the city. All this left warm memories and a desire to visit this particular hotel again. Many thanks to the hotel staff!

On February 6-7, my mother booked a room with a paid cancellation. The amount is considerable - about 630 euros. The next day, she accidentally cancelled the reservation. Well, it's clear that it's her fault, a technical error.. I immediately contacted the hotel - they laughed and said that the reservation would not be restored. I have been writing letters for 2 weeks now, I applied through booking - to no avail. This is some kind of greed, appropriation of easy money and apparently this is the attitude towards Russians. Absolute inhumanity. I think this says a lot: they did not meet us halfway here, and they will not do so in other cases.
