I came to the dentist on Friday (07/23/2021) in the evening after work with acute pain. They were sent to the doctor on duty (Rudko Maria Alexandrovna). She, in turn, looked at the picture and said that the tooth was healthy, it needed to be treated. I asked to be anesthetized because it hurt a lot. The surgeon first pricked the wrong gum. Then I eventually anesthetized half of my face altogether. The doctor put the medicine in half a minute and told me to come on August 4th. The medicine fell out that evening. I came back on Saturday. The doctor on duty said that they hadn't even cleaned my channels. I redid everything and sent it home too. A couple of hours later, my gum swelled up. But.... I was already out of town. I've been in terrible, unbearable pain all weekend!!!!!! I took a bunch of pills !!!!! On Monday, after work, I came back , and they told me that the tooth should be removed !!!!!! It's interesting to me: on Friday the tooth was healthy, the nerve just got inflamed, and on Monday that's it. It is not subject to treatment!!!! Dear doctors!!!!!! If we go to a free clinic , then are we not people? Why is this attitude? Complete indifference ! It's just terrible that people are treated like expendable! The doctor didn't even apologize! I do not know what will happen next to my gum, which is now torn to the floor of my mouth. But I don't even want to go to this institution!!!!!! It's a shame that people who swear an oath to Hippocrates behave in a completely inappropriate way.
It's a terrible clinic. In the paid office of Dr. Svetlakov, they put a filling on the front tooth, which fell out a couple of days later. When contacting a doctor under warranty, it turned out that the wrong tooth was treated according to all documents. Question: why did we have the wrong tooth treated? The result: money spent, time and nerves. I don't recommend it.
I don't understand why people say that it is possible to treat and remove teeth only in paid clinics? Supposedly everything is at the highest level there... Of course, for the money that you leave there, it should not be any other way... I go to our stomatology on principle and have never regretted it... And it's not about the money... Thank you so much for your work.
On the contrary, I want to say thank you to the free doctors, there were two cases when I went to have a tooth removed and treated...One of the teeth that almost all paid doctors offered to put a crown on, a woman from free dentistry replaced the seal for me without question, and there is no question that the tooth is beyond repair and still holds.. Thank you for that....I had a tooth removed for the second time in my life. It's quick and easy, and you don't have to pay a lot of money). But!!I will give 4 stars because the clinic has a paid department where I also treated my teeth. The doctor was recommended to me as quite accurate and a master of his craft. This master reprimanded me for my bad teeth, advised me to sign up for treatment of the entire oral cavity. I treated her two teeth in a row...one has a filling, the other has a nerve removal..There was no pain, and I didn't like the fact that the doctor drilled my tooth very much. There were 65% fillings and 35% (The doctor advised me not to eat too much on this tooth).I thought the doctor knew what he was doing...Honestly!!!I am not a doctor, I do not know all the subtleties of the tooth structure and how to treat it all, however!!!after a couple of years, the filling with the tooth fell off and I went to remove the rest for free...and now the second tooth has fallen off.. And there were teeth that were made by a paid doctor..I have been treating my teeth for many years and with different doctors, but, sorry, it seems to me that it is not normal when you have to change not fillings, but put new teeth after a single appointment.I have been afraid of dental doctors since childhood and my teeth have not been in good condition since childhood, but after such paid doctors, I am in no hurry to scold the free ones..The paid ones will also put up a cosmic price, they will fuck you, and they will sign you up for a new jaw...So, in defense of free doctors, I will say a huge Thank you!!I put 4 stars, because there were two of my lost teeth in a barrel of honey.
The city really needs it, but it is difficult to get to the doctors and if you apply then for tooth extraction, and not to treat, there are not enough good materials and high-quality treatment, the seal sometimes flew out after a week, 3 times, lost the card
It is impossible to sign up and get treatment. There are always queues, there are not enough specialists, and treatment is not always of high quality. Repairs are required and have been for a long time!
It doesn't seem to be bad, but getting to the doctor for free treatment is a problem, and if you do, then let's just say the attitude towards you leaves much to be desired.
A state institution is a stamp that many people understand

Dentistry is not bad in principle! Good surgeons Skuratovich and Khainovsky, professionals in their field! But there are no dentists here! Boors and armless!
This stamotology is not worthy of more stars. The room is as old as in 1941. Doctors on a paid basis are good!!!!! And on the free one they constantly talk about their treatment , which is very annoying and frightening , they get distracted and do stuff !!!! I do not recommend it at all, either another siamotology, or only paid doctors!
I think we need benches! People come at 5!!! Mornings for coupons and many are no longer young and standing on their feet! Well, you can't make medicine normal, at least create a comfortable expectation!
The last time, after a visit from the military enlistment office to this institution, I lost 2 teeth after their "sonation". There is a paid office, I don't know anything about it, because I didn't underestimate it much.
