I recently had the appendix surgery in this hospital I was there for 5 to 7 Days the nurses are really helpful and take care of me very well, this is the government Hospital where the surgeries are taken place and they are also the emergency department where you can visit. There are so many good doctors there,.
Good doctors work here. Saved a lot of lives. There are pros and cons everywhere. The equipment is well equipped here. The main thing is to always look only for the positive, and so there is enough negativity in this life.
I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the GBSNP of Almaty for their professionalism, empathetic attitude and help!
Recently I was in this hospital, and I really liked the quality of service.
Doctors:
* Professional, attentive, polite.
* Answered all my questions, explained in detail the course of treatment.
* The surgeon, anesthesiologist and all medical staff were at the highest level.
Hospital:
* Clean, comfortable.
* Modern equipment.
* Delicious food.
* Attentive nurses.
The guards do not properly perform their functional duties on the ground floor... They talk rudely to people, and at the same time, reclining in front of the elevator entrance on the landing, they talk to visitors. Why, especially in uniform, do they not stand in front of citizens and do not conduct a conversation standing up?! Oh, are they sitting and playing on the phone?! They don't take their butt off the chair or take their faces away from the phone screen.... Why, for non-smoking patients who are there, do interns who take care of patients bring cigarettes, etc?! Those patients who have severe illnesses cannot walk. After losing consciousness, comystress?! Why does the administration not treat its activities properly without professionalism?!
Many thanks to the doctors Beksultanova Alma Kashimuratovna,Turgynbek Aizat Bolatovna,Tashenova Saltanat Gabitovna for their professionalism, for their warm and caring attitude towards patients!!! They were accepted at the highest level and for free!!!!!I wish there were more such doctors!!!!!!the hospital itself surprised the medical staff is polite and correct, clean, tidy!!!!
Thanks a lot to the 6/99 brigade who saved my daughter's life, today 02.11.2024 at about 13:40-13:50 my daughter had a high fever, seizures began. We arrived urgently at the GBSNP, doctors promptly provided assistance, and took us to 1 infectious diseases hospital in Almaty. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names. Thank you very much. Gods in white coats 🙏🙏🙏
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the surgical department of the BSMP at Kazybek bi 96, starting from surgeons, the chief anesthesiologist and up to ordinary nurses. I had severe vomiting all day, I thought I was poisoned because I had no abdominal pain. The surgeon examined me and said that we will give an injection for now, and if it doesn't get better after 4 hours, then we need to have an operation, laparoscopy of appendicitis. After 4 hours, I was no longer sick, but the temperature was 38.5. after which I had surgery. Before the operation, they fully explained how everything would happen since I had not previously performed operations, chapters.The anesthesiologist explained everything so clearly that when I was being prepared, there was no fear at all. Everything went fine, the operation was performed in less than an hour. I still don't understand how they determined that it was acute appendicitis. After the operation, the medical staff works perfectly, they do everything together and harmoniously, they do not leave you for a second. Considering what a difficult job it is and what difficult patients are, the staff is still very polite, no one is rude, they do something right away. I saw how people are brought there on bowlers and from there people go out on their own two. Thank you very much, for your non-human work. 🫶
They say the attending doctors are literate, I don't particularly agree with this. If you have money, you can be treated, if not, you can not strain yourself and die like everywhere else in the hospitals of Kazakhstan. I've seen with my own eyes apaches who can't find money for medicine and are devastated
Recently, a nurse was admitted to the BSMP by ambulance, all the doctors did well, the only thing was waiting for an ultrasound for a long time, it turned out to be one ultrasound machine for the entire BSMP.As it is, everything is fine, many thanks to the paramedics of the ambulance and the doctors of the BSMP.
I got into the BSMP in gynecology. Thanks more to Gulmira Sailavkanovna and her entire shift. An excellent hospital, from the technical staff to the head. They are very attentive to all women, everything is clean and tidy. The food is good. I wish you all good health and, of course, do not go to any hospitals.
A fairly good state hospital, everything is clean, as convenient as possible, but they are hospitalized reluctantly, in extremely serious conditions, they are discharged and I recommend to be treated in a polyclinic at the place of residence. But sometimes it is important for patients to be under medical supervision.staff, especially at night.
There are wonderful doctors in this hospital from God, who love their work, who save people's lives every day.
In the emergency department, of course, everything is very slow and long, especially if you need to do an urgent ultrasound, X-ray. Everything is clear and fast in the departments, the nurses deserve special praise in the OHI department.
We arrived in vain, we didn't even look at or check anything in the trauma room on 10/29/2024.
They said if there were no injuries before, then this is not urgent, but no one looked at the fact that the person barely walks.
What are we paying for?🧐
The gynecologist answered me in a rude way and sent me to another doctor.Then I waited for the surgeon for an hour, and without waiting, I went home with pain.You pay insurance for no reason.The attitude is just disgusting
I haven't been to this hospital for 7 years. I don't really know what has changed inside, because practically all hospitals have a quarantine regime)) but, the fact that the broadcasts are spreading quickly is a fact))
Due to an oversight by doctors, clinical death occurred on the background of apnea, only because the patient was placed horizontally and not in a semi-sitting position, with COPD. Thanks for pulling me out of clinical death. But if you had been careful, it wouldn't have come to this.
I want more attention from pensioners and the opportunity to provide not only minimal attention but also to discuss in more detail with the patient his sores what to do with them
It's terrible, I arrived after falling from the roof, I say my arm hurts my collarbone on the left side, they did an X-ray on the right side and said everything is fine. Now there is an outgrowth on the clavicle on the left, apparently there was a crack.
Alexey Yaroslavovich Semenikhin, an excellent traumatologist, works in a paid department, thanks to him for a competent examination and recommendations
They save lives, they work selflessly. But getting a pass to a bedridden relative is hell. There are very few staff in the wards. Provide the hospital with staff! It's vital!
Be careful with the head of the stroke department Lyazzat Bazarbekovna. Very skillfully creates the appearance of a controlling leader, an omniscient doctor, and in fact nightmares doctors, so that they are not concerned about the effectiveness of treating patients, but about serving her, they cannot cope with nurses who, out of spite and material dissatisfaction, mock helpless patients. One can only hope that at least correct treatment is prescribed and patients are discharged with an improvement from the treatment, and not with improvements after natural recovery. Unfortunately, the prohibition of visiting patients does not make it possible to assess this during treatment - it is very convenient for medical workers.
I am grateful to Erlan Mustafaevich for this Bsmp surgery OTD.My operation was very successful.Thank you very much to Mr. Gani.In between are the medsestra power.When I came out, "don't give me anything," I was surprised.And what they do in ranimation is very bad.If you die, you will sit without looking
I don't want anyone to come here, of course. But my purely personal opinion is this - very prompt, attentive, professional staff, everything is digitalized from registration to discharge. Emergency cases are handled clearly. The connection between the transfer of the patient from the emergency room to the right specialist is well established. Well done, keep it up!!! Thank you for your help and incredibly hard work!!!
2 times my mother was admitted to this hospital with an emergency condition (ONMC). I don't want to talk about the whole hospital, but the Neuroinsult Center deserves a low bow and respect! Very difficult patients, each needs a separate approach, every minute is precious. Many thanks to the head of Lazzat Bazarbekovna for her empathy towards the relatives of patients, for the clearly and competently organized work of the department staff, for the fact that she, regardless of her personal time, always answers calls from relatives, always patiently and intelligibly explains everything. To the entire staff of the Neuroinsult Center, I bow low and thank you for your patience and selfless work.

If you want to lie on the couches after the homeless, no one will replace a disposable sheet. If you want high-quality service, lie down for an hour or two, maybe you'll be lucky. MRI is paid, even if you will be collected in parts, diagnoses are made from the words of patients. The main thing is that the hospital also does not allow guests to visit patients, during the coronavirus, the medical staff were given a free hand and now they are the rightful owners of this hospital. The 2019 renovation is already tired, everything is falling apart. Everything in the wards is rotting and stinking.
Real heroes work here. We arrive on gurneys. We leave on our own feet. The team of professionals in the stroke department, the head is super. The food is perfect. The pillows and the lack of soap are upsetting.
I was lying with a banal appendicitis for 9 days, and all because they forgot to give an antibiotic injection on time at first. Which, in principle, as it turned out, did not work on me. As a result, the temperature is 41 °, doctors endlessly lie that I have a virus, that I am to blame for everything. As a result, a consultation with an infectious disease specialist who removed the virus and took blood for bacterial infections... Change of antibiotics... Extract and still pop tempetatura 37.2.... no viruses, no bacteria. Speaking of wards. Department of Surgery - cockroaches in the ward - normal! The absence of quartz for 9 days is normal - the absence of any sanitizers or disinfectants, toilet paper, elementary soap.... Those who check these hospitals would think twice. By the way, on the last day the professor came to the department for a check - quartz appeared, juices in the menu, mobile ultrasound. Then everything disappeared)))

My son broke both his arms.It seems that the fracture site has been corrected.They were plastered and sent home.It turns out that the wrist of the left hand breaks for the third time.It turned out that before that, in 2020, they had set it wrong and it had grown together.And in this hospital they did not say that it had grown together incorrectly, they set it wrong again.Now, because of the mistakes of the doctors, we will have to do a serious operation in a paid clinic and for a lot of money.If you have already contacted them, double-check.Don't make our mistakes.
Excellent hospital, good reception. But, damn, the doctor who conducted the initial appointment could not determine my fracture or severe bruise after receiving an X-ray, then he put a finger fracture, although I hit my foot! When I said that my fingers were fine, I silently corrected something. In general, when you get there, learn your diagnosis by heart 🤕😂
It's a creepy place. If you get there, look for connections, acquaintances. But you also need to give money everywhere, otherwise there is no treatment
There were, my husband was in emergency hospitalization this fall, hernia, intervertebral, the impression is that he is only interested in the patient's solvency, they put him in the self-supporting department, they paid for everything: all procedures, all services are paid. The medical staff is only interested in the commercial side, and the patient's condition is secondary. This is the situation. Unfortunately.
Dad was lying in the therapeutic department, heart problems, his kidneys almost failed, because the fluid was accumulating and all this was taken away under the supervision of "doctors" and put in a paid hospital, they said in a paid hospital, a little more and got on dialysis. During the day, he felt better in the toll booth. What kind of "healers" in BSMP, a person lay for 4 days and could no longer walk from edema.....
Due to circumstances, I have to visit this hospital. I always wonder how, with such an influx of patients, doctors manage to find an approach to each patient and quickly provide help. Doctors are real professionals. Respect!
Well done, guys! The influx is very large, so try to treat doctors with understanding. They know their business!!! And they work quickly, although sometimes it seems that they are very slow in relation to their loved one.
I want to say a huge thank you for saving my father by the BSNP surgical team. Mukhit Amirbekovich Saukimbayev, together with Ilnur Zakenovna Sarbasova, performed an operation at the most necessary emergency moment. Alimzhanov Askar Kasymkhanovich very sensitively and patiently supported and restored during the postoperative period. But I want to say a special thank you to Ilnur Zakenovna Sarbasova. He is a professional in his field. The experience of more than 30 years makes itself felt. Not only is he a professional, but he is also a sensitive, kind, responsive doctor. Who cares about his patients. How many necessary and important recommendations she gave us during such a difficult period. It's very scary when you don't know who to turn to. But she was always in touch. I've always been supportive. Thank you very much and bow low.

I asked for help, my finger hurt a lot, swelling. The surgeon did not even look at it, he sent it to the polyclinic at his place of residence! Is this called an ambulance? Because of one such nedovrach, I do not want to contact you
