I was lying in the trauma room on the 5th floor, the staff is generally not bad, but since there has been no repair for a long time, everything looks sad. People from other floors say they don't have cockroaches, probably because of the renovation. And so everything is like in free medicine, what to expect from it.

1 star to the staff who delivered the transfers to the department. Unfortunately, I can't write anything good about any of the departments anymore.
In gynecology, the staff treated one of their patients disgustingly. They brought me to a nervous breakdown and depression. The man was discharged in a terrible, depressed state from the attitude of the medical staff . No compassion, kindness, sensitivity, responsiveness, care and attentiveness! The staff has neither a culture of speech nor a sense of tact, and apparently they also have no idea about the concepts of "medical secrecy" and "humanity". The entire department staff, as well as patients from other wards, knew about the condition and situation in this case and in addition to everything, the staff did not hesitate to express their opinion in person, condemned and humiliated the patient.

One star for the friendly girl at the box office.I was on 30.06.2022 for a consultation with a neurosurgeon doctor Khotyan. This is a retired doctor who does not distinguish between left and right! Let me explain, I have a cressiolumbar hernia 11.5mm ON the RIGHT, my RIGHT leg hurts terribly, even to the point of numbness of the foot. All the manipulations indicated that my RIGHT leg was hurting (the MRI disk was also screaming about it with all its might). BUT the neurosurgeon decided that he was either smarter than everyone else, or senile senility was already in play, I don't know. The whole reception, instead of answering my questions, he told stories from his life and about his classmates who achieved what. The diagnosis is a clamp of the piriformis muscle on the left, we perform a blockade. I ask what should I do with a hernia, do I need to take pills? The answer is to walk and swim more.a curtain. Well, they pricked my blockade IN the WRONG LEG, so what? The doctor frankly sneezes. I went to him and clarified, "you gave me exactly the right injection, my right leg hurts, I don't feel the effect." The answer was bulging eyes with the question "what do you mean, does the right one hurt?". I was in such shock that I could only go back with pain, went home. Only now I understand that I had to pull myself together and go to the chief doctor. But on the other hand, why should I go to a doctor FOR PAID SERVICES, which also raises doubts. And now the question! Why is such a "specialist" put on consultation? Why is he the only one taking it??? Are there any normal doctors in Grodno? This review is absolutely not emotional, today 23.07. After this "consultation", I went to Minsk to the RNC, the result: the only way is a hernia operation. Conservative treatment does not help.
Doctor Khotyan from BSMP Grodno has long needed to be checked for Prof.fitness, rather than encouraging his fabulous stories for a lifetime!
