Cozy hotel in the city center, near Parliament, shopping center Gallery; Orbeliani Square, 2 parks: April 9 and Leonidze. The hotel has excellent mattresses, the room has everything you need, very friendly staff, Marika is the owner, Sasha is the administrator, all questions are solved instantly, they tell you where the cool clubs, shops, market are.

A very cozy hotel in the city center, on a quiet street. The rooms are not large, but clean and cozy. Everything you need is there.
The hostess of the hotel is Marika, incredibly hospitable, and prepares very tasty breakfasts!
Right there on the street is a cool cafe with a rooftop veranda, a small grocery and a small fruit shop.
On the street above and to the left, there is a Spar supermarket and another cafe. The place is really very cool and cozy!

Excellent, mini hotel, we really liked it. The hostess is very caring, tries very hard for her guests. The breakfasts are delicious 10/10. The location is also excellent, next to Rustaveli Avenue. It is not far from this hotel to old Tbilisi!

I have already come across in Tbilisi that the reviews are unrealistic. Therefore, I want to avoid this hotel for travelers with suitcases on a long vacation, since it is not indicated anywhere and is not shown in the photo: the entrance is a steep high staircase up, then I was offered a room on the next floor above the dining area (there is a photo with a vertical staircase) - with suitcases, it's incredible. It is also necessary to check the windows in the room. The hostess was not there, and the employee showed me a narrow window into the courtyard, when asked about the suitcases, they told me that my problems. The location is next to the main street, but uphill. I recommend thinking a thousand times before deciding on such a hotel. Moreover, there are many private mini-hotels in Tbilisi.

A great cozy little hotel in the center. At the same time, it is a very quiet street, no one bothers to get enough sleep. The rooms may seem very small, but in fact everything you need is there. Among other things, the owners do not hide the footage of the rooms. At the booking, this information is given absolutely honestly.
By the way, the hostess of the hotel is incredibly hospitable! He speaks both Russian and English perfectly.
The price-quality ratio is good!
