I have already been to this hotel 2 times in 2019 and 2025, in a double room and a connect room (for three adults). Everything is predictably good: check-in before 3 p.m., very clean bed linen, it was warm in February and March (we turned on the batteries in the bathroom), a good breakfast, we had a hairdryer.
This is a very good location option in Budapest if you want to save money on metro, taxi and live in the very center. The views of the Danube are great! The hotel is designed for economical travelers, so there are no bathrobe bars. But all the sights can be reached on foot. There are good cafes with local cuisine around, there is also purely European food, burgers. There is a supermarket on the street, and a large Central market (souvenirs, alcohol, bread, and even ready meals) is a ten-minute walk away. Public transport has never been used. Regarding the language: they don't understand English, German, or Russian well, but they will call a taxi. A taxi to the airport in 2025 was delivered in 20 minutes, the cost is 30 euros.
At the reception, in the lobby, there are discount cards for visiting museums, Shiklo, etc.
I definitely recommend the hotel, but consider what is more important to you: comfort or location. For me, a clean bed, shower and breakfast are all I expect from a hotel. I'm attaching a photo of the view from the window, this is the 1st floor. Have a good trip to everyone!
Conveniently located, you can walk to everything, at the reception on the day of check-in, the administrator who speaks a little Russian got caught, so check-in was simplified.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but hearty and delicious, friendly staff. I took a regular room, but I got a view of the Danube. Cleaning was daily, towels were changed every day. There is no kettle, and bottled water is not added.
Very convenient location in the center. The breakfasts are excellent, though monotonous, and there are a lot of fruits. Our windows have not been opened for 8 days, we have never changed the linen (There is a refrigerator in the room, but there is no kettle.
A very convenient place, the best for me. The rooms are clean, but not cleaned during the stay. Another nuance is that the probability of a room with a window to the courtyard is very high, well, the passages past the windows. For an additional fee, you can get a room with a view of the Danube. Despite the disadvantages, the price and location outweigh, we are staying at the hotel for the third time.
I liked this hotel, located in the center of Budapest, but in a special way: the location in the center, near two grocery stores, etc., pleases the price-quality ratio, in a historic building, kind receptionists at the reception, know a little Russian, there are enough sockets in the room to recharge gadgets. At the same time, there is no hair dryer or kettle in the room, if necessary, cleaning the room, you need to hang a sign outside with the appropriate side up, probably at the same time they change the bed, or straighten it, and also remove garbage from the bucket.
In the lobby at the reception there is a counter with discounts to interesting places in the city.
They say that a high-quality buffet is served for breakfast of 8€.
An excellent hotel for its class. It is located in the center, next to the Erzsebet bridge. There is a multi-level parking nearby.
The only downside is that the towels are changed after three days.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to the metro and tram, which can be reached anywhere in the city. The staff is friendly, towels were changed every day, the breakfasts are monotonous (omelette, eggs, yoghurts, several cheeses and sausages, fruits, jams.muesli nuts. I don't think anyone was hungry.the only drawback was the old furniture, but it didn't bother either, because we came on excursions, the room only fell, by the way it was very warm, even the batteries were turned on. I recommend this hotel
There is no cleaning from the word "at all"
Towels are changed on request.
And so, as a place where you can relax after a busy day, it is suitable, but without an abundance of coffee, since there is also no kettle.
The location is quite convenient, all the main attractions are within walking distance. The metro is a 3-minute walk away. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are cozy, but rather shabby, the renovation was 6-8 years ago. The breakfasts are delicious (except drinks - no juice and coffee!), but always the same.
Great location. The room is cleaned regularly. The breakfasts are monotonous. There is no hair dryer. Checking is round-the-clock. There is Wi-Fi in the room. There is no elevator to the second floor. Some rooms are located through the foyer of an apartment building
The room is not prepared, the curtains are torn, the light bulb is burned out. It is very hot in the sanitary room, the battery is not regulated, the TV is malfunctioning, the image slows down.
