We came to Tbilisi for the first time and chose this hotel.It took me a long time to choose a hotel in this price category, and I read reviews .Overall, I liked the location, clean room, breakfast, courteous staff.The street where it is located is quiet and slightly on a hill , we got to the hotel on foot late at night, in general it's okay About the cons :usually in hotels on a birthday there is always a sign of attention to the guest, a small compliment, let's say it's always nice, but here on my birthday, there was nothing and we were 20 minutes late for breakfast, but they didn't feed us, like a little thing, but most likely we won't stay here anymore. There was no view from the window, there was some kind of wall, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, it was impossible to sleep, I had to turn it off.

Excellent hotel, convenient location in the very center of Tbilisi. Cozy rooms, cleanliness, comfortable bed. Breakfasts for every taste. The staff is polite and, most importantly, Russian-speaking. I really liked Ivan the administrator. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit. Shota Rustaveli Avenue is about 200 meters away.the room has everything you need, a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning. I had a very pleasant experience

Pleasant service. It's clean, everything is there. A good breakfast. Of the cons, the room was on the 4th floor, and the hotel has no elevators and narrow stairs. You also need to be prepared for the fact that the hotel itself is located on a hill and a pebble road leads to it, walking can be difficult. But if you like to walk and want to live in the historical center, the place is good

An atmospheric, very pleasant place, the old streets of Tbilisi, a bright, comfortable hotel, cozy rooms, everything you need: bathrobes, hygiene products, tea/coffee/sugar/water, kettle, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine)
The breakfast is delicious and hearty.

The hotel has a good location. The main sights of the city are within walking distance (20-40 minutes), and by taxi and just a stone's throw from the old town. There are many delicious cafes and restaurants. All the staff speaks Russian, very friendly. The beds and pillows are comfortable enough. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. I had a room with a balcony to the courtyard. The conversations of the family who lives on the ground floor added a special flavor to the accommodation :) (this is not a minus!)
The room is cozy, towels were changed already every day. The room has both air conditioning and heating.
Polite staff are sitting at the reception (they know and communicate in Russian).
To Rustavelli metro station and pl . Freedom is literally 5 minutes. The location is very good.

How is it possible in general, we came to pre-book a certain room, paid for it, but arriving on a certain day we were told that they live in this room.... And in Georgia there is such an approach to tourists in everything....Awful.
