Very instagrammable place! No so wide choice of clothing brands, but the food court is impressive!

Elite stores are together, but the management sucks, there is no toilet at the Decrepit mall, people are waiting in line.There is no cleaning.there is no toilet paper.For God's sake, doesn't the owner of this place ever come here secretly and take a look?Why don't company owners ask management for accountability?This Mall does not suit Istabula with the way of management at all.
