The staff is rude, no one observes queues by appointment, not everyone wears masks. There is a strange smell of chlorine in the corridors.
It's better to spend the money and go to a normal paid clinic
There is no order there. There are no specialists. Sign up, take a ticket, come at your own time, atam butts live queue. They just stupidly won't let you in. I don't understand why they sign up to take a ticket if there's a live queue.
Dr. House has settled in this institution. Not only is there a queue, but also by calling a doctor at the child's home, he may not be expected. You will be stupidly ignored.
The surgeon, Mamlud is a very good specialist, thank you for your work and an excellent therapist of the 6th stage and a nurse Dinara and from the 4th floor department Aigul are excellent responsive and help patients
That's horrible. Lifelong queues . Regardless of how you arrived on a first - come , first - served basis or by appointment . Good doctors can be counted on the fingers of one hand .
Not that I like it, close to home. The service is threefold, the medical staff does not have enough efficiency, they just sleep at their workplaces.

Unfortunately, there are simply no doctors in this clinic! Even all the therapists were absent on my last visit.. some were on call, others are unknown.

I'm freaking out!!! It turns out that I visited the clinic 20 times in a month!!! 20! When I wasn't there at all!! Are you even oh.. lee!!! Have you been complained to the Ministry of Health for a long time?!?!? What are you doing?
There are no complaints about doctors! Good doctors and nurses. It's bad that the guard is rude, you could politely say that you can't go to the clinic in a wheelchair (yes, I didn't know!) and it's bad that everyone was forced to install the app, but no one follows the queue by appointment! Almost no one in the queue to the therapist makes an appointment in advance, and even day in and day out! Then they are outraged that people come by appointment (by their appointment time!) and do not want to let them see a doctor! Specialists in other fields do not seem to have such a mess.
The doctors are good, the organization of work and the allocation of doctors' time is absolutely no (even if you are paid), you do not get treated in this institution, but you waste time.
I was there on March 18th. At the entrance, the temperature is not measured, but simply asked whether there is or not. Antiseptic agents are not installed on the first or second floors (I did not go higher). There is no soap in the women's bathroom on the second floor, and all the time.
She applied for a fee, to get a certificate for a child in kindergarten, as a result, she went for 3 days and begged the head to fill out the documents, as she told her she was just too lazy to do it.
It would be good to add specialists for the poor. It's a pity that all specialists are available for money, but without money, you can be treated with folk remedies.
I want to say a huge thank you to the doctor Gaukhar Davletyanovna, a mammologist is a very competent doctor who knows his job and knows how to communicate with patients. I am very grateful to her that only she could cure me.I am glad that such competent doctors still work in polyclinics.
