She was admitted to a day hospital with a serious case after surgery. I lay for 2 weeks, the care was excellent, everything was on a clear schedule, the nurses were friendly, helped, calmed down, answered all questions.
What to say: after the 7th polyclinic, it seemed that the 9th polyclinic was not even bad. I personally did not apply, as I am served elsewhere, but several times I brought my children (1 year, 8 and 12 years old) to the 9th polyclinic and was satisfied. The newborn daughter received vaccinations, the eldest daughter was at the family doctor and took tests, the son was taken to the dentist. We have not encountered huge queues or rudeness of the medical staff (at least not yet). There is some automation in the main building of the clinic: an electronic queue, Damumed is being used with might and main. After I entered the office, the medical worker who conducted the examination (I do not know if it was a doctor or an X-ray technician) started YELLING at me, accusing me that I was to blame, missed my turn, that I consider her a FOOL (although I did not say anything like that at all). I asked why she was talking to me in such a tone, asked her to calm down and do an examination for me and I would leave. She kept YELLING at the whole squad, taking out all her aggression on me. I still didn't understand what it was with her. She was practically inaudible in the booth, the microphone was not working well. She replied to my comments that it wasn't her fault, that's how the technique works. I am extremely outraged by this attitude towards me personally. I do not know if this review will reach the administration of the clinic. But it is necessary to take some measures against such inadequate medical workers.
