The operators did not notify about this in time. Only at the moment when the paid storage started. When I arrived at the department, they did not give me the parcel, saying that it had been sent back. I was not notified or informed about this. Also, consultants are completely unable to communicate with clients. They called from unknown numbers and were silent on the phone when they were called back, they were also silent and did not introduce themselves in any way. I got the impression that I was dealing with scammers ...
(I was very disappointed and very upset, since the parcel was sent important and expensive) Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I will never come here and I do not advise you...
