Excellent apartments in Dubai Marina. Spacious, clean rooms. Very, very much space! Cleaning is daily. The linen is clean, the mattresses are soft. Water/coffee/tea/soap is updated regularly. Among the disadvantages in winter: it's a bit cold if the sun doesn't get into the apartment, the air doesn't have time to warm up during the day (and the air conditioning is only for cooling), take a sweatshirt and warm socks for the winter :)

Excellent apartments, in the kitchen there is a stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, capsule coffee machine (capsules are replenished every day), there are plates, pots, pans of different diameters.
Our room had 3 balconies, with views on three sides.
Bathroom and guest bathroom. With all accessories (soap, shampoo, combs, toothbrushes)
The bedroom has a large bed 220*220
There are several Russian TV channels.
Cleaning was carried out daily, bed linen was changed, dishes were washed, and wet cleaning was carried out.
Wonderful staff, all polite and smiling!
The location of the hotel is excellent, on the Marina embankment, 15 minutes to the sea slowly, in the evening we went to the Ferris wheel, a 35-minute walk along the beautiful embankment among 5 * hotels)
The metro is nearby, as well as the tram! The Garden of Wonders is 20 minutes away by taxi)
Fresh food markets are nearby, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and pastries are sold.
The hotel has a great restaurant, the food is delicious, the portions are huge!
There is a heated swimming pool, a small sauna, and a gym.
In January, the sun only gets to the pool in the morning, just for a couple of hours, you won't be able to sunbathe.
I recommend the hotel, it left a pleasant impression, I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity!

Excellent apartment hotel. Convenient location. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the beach in a straight line across the bridge and the same amount to the left and JBR! Taxi from the hotel to Bluewaters (Ferris wheel) 21 dirhams. There are just a bunch of grocery stores nearby, there is where to choose (who needs it) The room itself is gorgeous, deluxe with a large living room and kitchen. With a great bedroom, three balconies. Cleaning every day, water, capsule coffee, instant coffee, cream, tea are all included. There are a lot of staff, very polite. The pool and sauna are also included.

Excellent location, exit from the hotel to the embankment, 10 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, two-room, have everything you need for living, a large refrigerator, a comfortable kitchen, two bathrooms. I also liked the breakfast restaurant, a large selection and everything is delicious! You can sit at a table and on the street and admire the views. There's a grocery store across the street, and there's a couple more nearby. Everything was fine!

This is the second time in this hotel. Great location. There is a shopping center and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment rooms with kitchen and living room are spacious, the air conditioning is powerful. There are dishes, a frying pan, pots, and appliances. Kettle, toaster, microwave. They give adapters for sockets. But there are very few outlets in the rooms. The bed is large and very comfortable.

Nice hotel. The sea is about 20 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Adapters are provided at the reception. The set of dishes is minimal, three pots, a frying pan, a kettle, a toaster, 4 plates, cups, spoons, forks, glasses, a capsule coffee maker (6 capsules are replenished every day), spatulas, a corkscrew is available). There are no salad bowls and no grater. There is an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer in the bedroom drawer. There are slippers, but no bathrobes. Gels, brushes, soaps, combs, etc. are replenished every day. There is a shuttle to the sea at 9:30, we did not use it. There are 3 small pools, the sun is by the pool until 12:00, then in the shade. Beach towels are issued by cards at the pool. The service is fast and polite. They don't congratulate you on your birthday, but you can order a cake at the restaurant in advance. I didn't know, so I bought some sliced fruit at the store and asked the receptionist to come up and congratulate the child. We did it without any problems. Please note to the administration that it is not so expensive, and the guests, especially the children, are very pleased. Marina Mall is 5 minutes away, as well as the metro, and there are many grocery stores around. Afrikan + Eastern alcohol store in Marina Mall, lower level, in the parking lot. The prices are twice as high as ours, but the choice is not bad. Cafe Zaatar W Zait under the window, we had lunch for 109 dirhams for two, delicious and not expensive. We had a two-bedroom Deluxe, direct view of the Marina, delight.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. In reality, the room looks much better than in the photo and in the description. 3 balconies on different sides of the city, a view of the Dubai Marina. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a coffee maker and daily replenishment of capsules.
Wonderful friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, cleanliness and comfort.

Of the cons. A small pool, the sun quickly disappears -do not sunbathe .where there is a little sun , there are only two sun beds in the corner.

We rented an apartment for four (120 sq.m. two-bedroom apartment) from June 2 to June 9, 2024 on the 25th floor. I liked everything. Every morning, leaving the room to the elevators, we felt the pleasant aroma of lemongrass and heard wonderful classical music. Everything is clean. Room cleaning, change of towels, replenishment of drinking water, detergents in the bathroom, daily (in the afternoon). The bed linen is perfect. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30, delicious, everything you need to eat: eggs, sausages, sausage, vegetables, cheeses, fruits, pastries, yoghurts, milk porridge. There was no fish in any form, but perhaps it was served at lunch or dinner, we only had breakfast. Cold drinks of 3 types (juices), hot: any coffee or tea in unlimited quantities is served by the waiters according to your order. Very kind, attentive staff (only 1 of them spoke Russian, but we did not cross paths with him, we spoke in English). The hotel has 3 small pools, 2 of them are very small, the water in each is wonderful, chilled, sun beds with soft mattresses, umbrellas. Towels are large and soft and are provided immediately. The location is not bad, 5 minutes from the metro, but it's not very easy to get to the beach in 20 minutes in the heat. We went to the beach for a couple of days, then we preferred the hotel pool, the water in it is cooler than in the sea and more comfortable. In the lobby there is a console with an elephant's head, on it a coffee pot with Arabic coffee (with cardamom) and a vase with dates, you can help yourself at any time, delicious. In general, if you choose the apart-hotel City Premier Marina Dubai, you will have a comfortable rest.

The convenient location of the hotel. Everything is nearby: 5 minutes to the metro station. Within walking distance of a supermarket, a shopping center, a clean beach. The rooms are "tired", but comfortable, there is everything you need. Even an electric stove, if you decide to cook something (we did not use it). There is also a pharmacy nearby and a chic promenade for evening walks.

Very nice hotel. We rested in the apartment. Large, clean, everything is conveniently located, we had a non-smoking floor. The staff is friendly, helpful, ready to help with any questions. 3 pools: 2 small, 1 larger. There was enough space. We were, however, in August. The restaurant was not visited. It is conveniently located, close to the metro, there are shops nearby, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea. The hotel is more urban, not beach. There are promenade paths around.

The best impressions, the room was 2204 with a huge terrace on the 22nd floor, two bathrooms, a huge living room, excellent kitchen, daily cleaning, powerful conduits, excellent King bed, all adapters to sockets were given, safe, tables, armchairs, mirrors - a huge space, good breakfasts, friendly reception, three swimming pools with cool (this is important) water, shops are all nearby, the Marina Mall is a 5-minute walk away. Excellent service , the staff are polite and courteous, the rooms are large, with panoramic Windows (view of the city on one side and the canal on the other) . Cleaning was done every day. There is a heated swimming pool and a gym, after an hour of training it is very pleasant to dive into the pool.

It's like a hotel, but an apartment. We had a room of 124 sq.m. The room is cleaned and the staff is helpful and smiling. The location is super. We really liked it. One of the disadvantages is that there is a highway nearby and it is noisy. The windows can't be opened, it smells like exhaust fumes. But if the view of the Marina is much better.

They upgraded the apartment category for free, but there is a feeling that this is their standard practice. It is impossible to compare standard apartments and deluxe suites on booking by photo. Considering the above, it seemed to us that this is an excellent option in terms of price /quality ratio.
A half-hour leisurely walk to the JBR beach.
Friendly staff, a 24/7 restaurant, exercise equipment and a swimming pool in the courtyard - what else do you need?
We didn't have enough room facilities - not enough dishes. There is not a single free outlet, even in the kitchen, to turn on the kettle or toaster, you need to pull out the microwave)
There are few towels, only 2 per adult. Even if you get more, when cleaning the room, everything returns to the original amount. I can't give 5 stars for such small shoals.

Nice apartment hotel. Upon check-in, they did not wait, they immediately gave out the keys and led them to the room. The room is huge, about 90 sq.m. with three balconies on the 10th floor. For two, it's just wow! The room has everything you need. Bathrobes and slippers were changed on request, shower care products were replenished every day, there was no need to call and remind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. They brought packaged coffee, tea, sugar and a bottle of water 1.5 liters. There is no detergent for dishes every day. We bought it in the store opposite. The location is great. Grocery stores are nearby. The metro is 10 minutes away. The promenade is under the balcony, the Marina Mall is a 5-minute walk away. Three small pools. Towels are provided next to the pool. There are no people early in the morning, it is not comfortable in the afternoon, because everything is busy. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach at an average pace. The hotel does not issue beach umbrellas. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel. The staff is attentive and polite. I liked everything. I recommend. It was a bit far to the sea for us, the last vacations were settled on the first line, otherwise we liked everything.

We stayed in these devices 2 times. Very good location, in the center of the Marina. Large rooms, cleaning every day. Deluxe rooms are located up to the 5th floor. The view depends on the room category, but if there are options, they offer a choice. We had it the second time, they showed us three standards to choose from. Good breakfasts, polite staff. There are soaps, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes. Everything is as it should be.
If we are still at the Marina, it is likely that we will stop here again!

We are resting in this hotel now (02/20/2022-02/27/2022) everything is very good, we just took breakfast and dinner , breakfast is excellent, and at dinner very spicy dishes. Dinner includes salad or soup, chicken or meat, side dish rice or fries, fruit and tea. Not a buffet.
The hotel is located on the embankment where there are a lot of cafes.
