A disgusting agency!!!!! I do not advise you to apply. On May 31, grief happened in our family, my beloved grandmother died, I called this agency, and it was the biggest mistake. They sent an agent, madam (there is no other way to say it) - Irina Vladimirovna Volkova. She behaved arrogantly, did not explain anything, did not want to write the price list in the contract, said that it was a very long time and she was very cold. They are engaged in some kind of "gray" schemes. She said that they should go to the Executive Committee themselves and get permission for burial, when I objected that this was their job, she allowed me to raise her voice and in a rude way. Okay, I missed it, we're in trouble, I didn't want to fight. She chose 4 wreaths for us in the catalog, each for 200-240 rubles, said no cheaper, okay, it's not a pity for her beloved grandmother, and they looked like they were alive. And in the morning, when I sent the photos via Viber, they turned out to be completely different, cheap in appearance and in a completely different color, almost all red (and grandma did not like red), horror. I called her back, asked her to give up these wreaths, that they did not match the photos from the catalog. After all, they still brought them and they are not made of fresh flowers, and the funeral is only a day later, which she again began to raise in a rude way. Again, I didn't say anything. But when we did not agree with the priest for the funeral service and no one called us about digging magila (and we have a cemetery outside the city, and we need to personally show where magila is, we cannot find it on our own), I could not stand it and called the management with a claim. They changed our agent, but also not from the first time, but from the second call. They told us to come to the agency in person, renegotiate the contract and add new positions, which we were not even told about, but we were shocked and did not remember (for example, photos, candles, etc.). We've had a lot of nerves, and we've got a lot of stress. I wanted to bury my loved one with dignity. Is it possible to treat people like that, especially in such grief? Especially when they pay such money, not small ones.

The only plus is that they work clearly. Prices are overstated by 2-3 times. Do not confuse the city public service and the state . Grief happened, they called this service. An employee (Igor Sergeevich Rozhkov) arrived at night and started organizing the funeral.
Upon arrival at the hall, they saw that the coffin, wreaths, and bed linen were not as ordered. I adjusted the amount in the contract to the size of the state allowance. I don't recommend working with him. And I advise you to double-check the documents three times when approving and paying! It's a shame to profit from someone else's grief!
