Dr. Aksholpan has been very attentive, approachable and very supportive. She was always there to discuss any doubts or questions we had and helped us in the treatment of my father, Mr. Baldev Singh who unfortunately had a stroke on the 22nd of January and was immediately hospitalized under care of Dr Aksholpan.
Thank you again Dr. Aksholpan for being there, and doing everything you did. My father was really in good hands under your care and a very big thank to your team.

For many years, she was observed in a polyclinic by a paid vascular surgeon, Lyubinsky, and then by his successors. Thanks to them, I walk on my own feet, without surgery, just medication and gymnastics. I had to take an ambulance with my relatives to the Vascular and Surgical Departments. They are very helpful and cool doctors. The woman, at a very advanced age, with diabetes, underwent emergency surgery to remove the gallbladder. What saved her life. Thank you very much! The other one, literally dragged out of the world, was in a very serious condition at the time of Covid. Thanks a lot too! Qualified doctors also work in the Emergency Room. I had to apply.
Caring nurses and staff. After a doctor's appointment, you can immediately buy the right drug at the Pharmacy. Nice treatment room. Convenient central entrance with a ramp. There is a very beautiful flower bed on the porch. Lots of greenery around. There is a gazebo and lots of benches for relaxing. Separate entrance for cars from Bayzakov. There is a parking lot.
Last September, I had to say goodbye to my friend in the Funeral Hall. It's good that there is such a service. Very convenient. One of the best hospitals in Almaty.

It is possible to have a human attitude towards people. Doctors took an oath, no matter what nation. I think if you came to ask for help, then the doctor should provide it without sending it at night: it is not clear which area or call an ambulance. And whoever the person was, my friend or roommate or brother, but the next night he had a fever. And it doesn't matter how the temperature was raised. The main thing is that this person is already running on Thursday. And I'm still shocked that free doctors don't care about visitors.
