In general, the hotel is not bad, freshly renovated, beautiful furniture, good equipment. There is a European Buffet for breakfast. A steamer was provided on request. I didn't like the bed: the mattress was too soft and the pillows were too big. Good curtains, a real blackout. I took off the star for the fact that the air conditioner did not work in the heat. The fan did not save at all. It is also impossible to sleep with the windows open, it is very noisy, and there is no coolness. The staff is indifferent, there was not enough cordiality)

We visited this hotel in August 2023.
Great location, nice rooms, but BREAKFAST SPOILS EVERYTHING.

Did not like · Breakfast.
If you need to have breakfast early, hearty and delicious - this hotel is not for you.
Firstly, breakfast at this hotel starts at 8:00. It's very inconvenient, especially when you have to leave at 8:30. To another city.
Secondly, before 8:15, you can not go to breakfast, because the trays for hot dishes are empty. The photo shows what the buffet looks like at 8:10. The hot should be in the far left corner, but there are empty niches. And it's like that every day.
Thirdly, there are no (from the word at all) cold drinks at breakfast. There is not even water, I'm not talking about juices. Just tea and coffee. It's just amazing, I have never seen such an original approach to breakfast in any hotel in any country.
Fourth, the breakfast buffet is a little meager, even when all the hot trays are brought.

It was very cold, there weren't enough heaters for everyone, the reception had charged twice as much for the room, and then we had to figure it out and prove that they had deceived us, after which they returned the money. I don'T recommend this place.
