Great rental!!! We lived nearby, it was very convenient - there is a bike path along the river next to the rental, we took bicycles with the children, the four of us had a great ride. The only thing I didn't like was the condition of the bikes - the rubber is bald (according to the contract, the fault in the puncture will be on the tenant), the brakes are not perfect.

Large rental in the center . A lot of bikes. But there is one big BUT.... At the rental on wheels, the rubber is "bald", they told the consultant about it, to which the answer was: "Well, these are rental bicycles." Okay. There was a great desire to have a good weekend. As a result, they took it for a day... bicycles knock every time the pedals are turned. It was not possible to drive into the hill (to stop constantly). As a result, they returned it after 3 hours (naturally, they did not ride for so long, they spent half the time walking around the city and in a cafe). We were given bicycles and gave feedback on the quality, we were offered a discount card and discounts for the next trips, but this is not necessary, since we were in this rental for the first and last time 👎

I didn't like the rental:
1. poorly tuned brakes (read unsafe, because the braking distance is huge)
2. High price for such bikes. I gave 40 rubles. for 5 hours on the highway
3. They did not give me a highway for my height (165), first they gave me a bike with an L frame (data from the site, although the co-worker himself said that the size was M \ S), I could not go far on it (even with the saddle heavily lowered, my legs reached only on my heels) when I returned to the rental to exchange on the other, the employee was clearly unhappy, and gave me a large M (M - data from the site, although the employee himself said that it was exactly S)
Later it turned out that there is a highway with an S frame on the site, but for some reason the employee lied about the frames, maybe because they are without THAT, maybe because the price of the S was lower
For me personally, this is still the worst bike rental, I recommend choosing another one

Friendliness, competence, sense of humor.
I decided to master a mountain bike at 51, everything was explained and shown the gearshift, as a result, I really liked the ride.
One thing is unclear: how to get to the humpback bridge on the bike path route?! The bike does not pull at the lowest. But the descent is very original with impressions: the 5th point is in the sky, the nose is towards the center of the Earth.
The rental is convenient for me because the main bike path of the city is nearby and the metro is close.
A sunny day and the smiles of the staff.

While driving, the tire was worn out. Initially, I took the already worn one, I did not pay attention. They could have taken about 60 byn under the contract, but humanly they took only 5.
They gave me another bike for free.
There are a lot of bicycles, a large selection. We rode together, I took a hybrid for myself, a simpler girl.
They quietly gave it without a Minsk residence permit, and then they demanded it at another rental...
