Nice cozy house. The yard is cleaned of debris and snow on time. The maintenance fees bite the truth. The Internet is good. In summer, mosquitoes sometimes come in the yard, but it is tolerable. The entrance is clean and cozy.

I worked in this residential complex, the yard is closed. many people living in this house are friendly, return lost things, can run to the pharmacy, celebrate holidays, are delighted with people. It is rare to find such friendly houses. And a wellness and massage center in the courtyard.

Excellent LCD. Clean, cozy! There should have been a hotel from the beginning. Then they left it as an LCD! Opposite the "Dream Market". 1 minus - it's very cold there in winter. For example, in the area where Kerouene is -30, and there is -40.

The parking lot near the house is completely filled. The layout of the house for a hotel (apparently it was originally planned), a long spacious corridor, about 10 apartments on the floor, in which apartments there is no balcony (loggia). Beautiful from the outside (stands out along E30 street) and inside. During the six months of operation of the house, the second entrance door of block B has already been rolled up, the intercom works every other time, the elevators are painted. In some apartments, the wind blew from the windows, the developer BI group installed additional plastic windows from the inside. Those apartments in which the builder did the repairs are like twins: laminate, tile, plumbing, skirting boards are all the same. The buyer was not given a choice. Radiators are incorrectly installed, there is no access to the Mayevsky faucet.

Everything is cool in this residential complex, except for one thing: there is no proper sound insulation, which leads to various inconveniences. And in one of the blocks in the apartments there are no balconies. But this is compensated by the presence of large windows and the fresh steppe air of the left bank.
