It's a good three. Great food. Excellent service. The cleanliness of the rooms is on the level. The location is in the city limits, it's a long way to the sea. The staff is polite. Room service is available. There is a rooftop pool and a gym with exercise equipment.
The hotel is not bad, but the food is Indian, you will not stay hungry, but everything is monotonous! For breakfast, the same sausages every day, no more meat or cheese, omelette, eggs, toast, jam is not tasty, a lot of salads and Indian spicy slush with tortillas! The fruits are melons, watermelons and oranges. The rooms are all without balconies, nothing dries. Conveniently 10-15 minutes to the metro, 5 stations and Dubai Mall, 2 km from the Old Town.
We stayed at this hotel for November 24 years. An average hotel. We didn't like it, it smells very strongly of cigarettes, damp, there is no hood. The windows don't open, they just check. We had breakfast included, but they are focused on India, and by the way, 90% of these tourists are there.
The location is normal, but the metro is not very close.
Of the cosmetic devices, only soap and shampoo.
Of the advantages, the rooftop pool is open until 20:00, there is no other territory at the hotel. Room cleaning+ change of linen and towels every day. Tea, coffee and water are also replenished daily.
From now on, I will choose the hotel more carefully.
A pretty average hotel. The main guests are Hindus and Pakistanis. There are a lot of entertainment venues on the ground floor of the hotel (disco, sports bar, etc.), where just everyone comes, not even the hotel guests.
Rooms for 3. Everything is simple, but clean. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast at the hotel is quite acceptable, a fairly diverse selection: from salads, rice, sausages, omelets, to desserts and fruits.
The swimming pool can be noted separately. Small, but clean. Towels are also provided there. There are sun beds. An employee came with us and took a sample of water in a test tube.
The advantage of the hotel is the location. There are public transport stops, metro and Port Rashid nearby. There are also several supermarkets and cafes nearby.
As a one-night stand, it's quite passable.
Good day everyone! We were together with my Wife at the Hotels of the City of Max Bur Dubai 3 (first time in the UAE) . From March 19 to March 25 , 2024 . A good hotel for its modest money , advantages : location ( Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - three metro stations ) metro from the hotel is 15 minutes on foot , infrastructure ( supermarkets , exchanger , pharmacy ) , MMi alcohol market ( generally fire ) , the rooftop pool is crystal clear , room cleaning is also super daily , breakfasts 50/50. Cons : Indians are 80 % of the hotel's residents, noisy and not an understandable smell... ( even though we were sitting in a separate room ) , the Transfer to the sea is a sad little Groove one ( 30 seats approximately ) leaves at 9 for the sea back at 13:00 can't take everyone away ... either take a queue in advance or take a taxi - La Mer beach is good. Overall, the price-quality ratio ! I recommend it!!!
Good afternoon!
We rested at the hotel in early February’23. 3 stars = a well-deserved rating of 3.
Pros: convenient location, close to many shops and there are various cafes, there is everything you need, friendly staff. The pool is on the roof, they give out a towel and there are sun beds under the canopy.
If you go towards the Sharaf DG metro station, there will be a cafe with smoothies and various shawarma/pastries along the way. I recommend trying a smoothie to your taste there - I liked mango, watermelon. They are cheap, about 7-9 dirhams. In addition, there is a shopping center near the Sharaf DG metro station, there is an Osia hypermarket in it - you can find various cheap goods (the price tag is lower than in many other stores).
Cons: a huge number of tourists from India, possibly other nearby countries. Queues for the elevator. Noisy at breakfast, there are almost no empty seats, dirty. It's sad at breakfast - I "pampered" myself only with pancakes with jam, sometimes yogurt with cereal. (It may sound attractive, but in fact you don't even want to go to breakfast).
!Important!: linen and towels do not dry at all. I didn't know about it, and as a result - the swimsuit was just "rotten", nothing could be done about it. Did not dry out in 3 days.
The room is humid and cold, somehow you will not be able to adjust the air conditioner. I dreamed of opening the window, but it is possible to do this only by breaking it apparently. Who is used to fresh air and a comfortable microclimate - it will be hard for you here.
Bottom line: if your goal is to walk a lot, go to different places (the center) and to the sea, the hotel is suitable, you don't really want to stay in it for a long time.
I am unassuming and knew that I was choosing an exclusively budget place. With children, I don't really recommend it, but if it's a couple, it's fine.
The hotel made a pleasant impression. We checked in quickly, the room is clean, but not very spacious. Cleaning was done regularly, once they forgot to put towels, they called the reception, they brought it quickly. The windows are opening. The breakfasts are delicious, but not too varied. During breakfast, food and dishes had to be periodically waited for, when something was running out, they were not immediately brought. There were problems with the transfer too. There was 1 small bus and the only time we decided to take it to the beach, we just didn't fit in it. But this did not spoil our rest, we bought a transport card and, at an unlimited seven-day rate, went to the beach and wherever we wanted at the time when we wanted. There are many shops near the hotel and many inexpensive Hindu Cafes with delicious and varied food nearby. We had dinner in them every day, there were no problems with stomachs during the whole vacation. A separate advantage of this hotel is that it is located not far from the metro, so we looked at quite a few places in Dubai without spending extra money on excursions. Lamer beach, which is closest to the hotel, seemed to me the most beautiful of those that I managed to see. In general, the hotel itself made a good impression. In general, I recommend it.
I liked everything: the price in NG holidays, food, silence,a view from the window of the indoor ski slope and the Parus hotel (room 1105),contingent,service,there was enough pool for everyone, we were always alone in the fitness club. Bed linen, pillows, mattresses are amazing,one-time slippers, tea and coffee are always in the room, near the shopping center, metro, cafes / restaurants.I am very pleased, having read the negative reviews, I thought it would be trash. But this is not the case👍🏻I highly recommend the 3* hotel.
The hotel is budget-friendly, it barely pulls out a C, but that's why it's budget-friendly, there are a lot of people, 95% are Hindus, the staff is friendly, diligent, the breakfasts are hearty, everything is there, the cuisine is Indian, but you won't stay hungry, many write queues or have nowhere to sit, there was no such thing, although there are a lot of people. The rooms are cleaned every day, we had a view of the city, it's beautiful, towels are changed daily, the water is hot without problems, the room is small, the furnishings correspond to the price, the pool is small, there are few people, you can sunbathe and refresh yourself, transfer to the beach at 9 am, it was used 1 time, there were places, who-then takes a taxi 20-25 dh we went by bus, from metro C10, and 88, metro 15 min walk, easy in the morning, far away in the evening, if anyone understands what I mean, by bus you can get to Almamzar beach around the corner from hotel C01 to Union station, there is a transfer to H28 to the park, long, but cheap, if you have money, you can take a taxi 45 dh, cafes around are not very good for our taste, Indian, Pakistani, Thai, everything is spicy, lunch and dinner are usually in the city, it's more diverse there, who is limited by budget, I can give advice to buy food in Carrefour shopping centers, etc. in the ready meals department, this is certainly not a restaurant, but in 10 days the savings are noticeable. I advise everyone to try different fresh fruits in different places, they are delicious everywhere in Dubai.
Initially, the impressions were better, but later there was something to compare with for a similar price. The dampness is very noticeable when entering the room. The repair was done a long time ago, everything is already quite tired. It is located quite far, close, except that the "arch" and it is not a long drive from the airport. But it was interesting to see such an area, the other side of Dubai, so to speak, I will add a point for this)
Thank you for your service, cleanliness, courtesy and diligence! It's not the first time I've stopped and seen your efforts. We arrived at 8.00, at the reception we did everything so that we would check in earlier than it should be, i.e. . not at 14.00, but at 10.00 we were already in the room and in return there were not even hints of an additional payment. Thanks!
Friendly staff, good cuisine, clean rooms. The metro is a 20-minute walk away, there is a grocery store nearby, as well as a good day to day store with souvenirs and affordable prices. Recommend 🌞
The hotel is quite good, the interior is neat, clean, the location is not bad. But, nevertheless, it is very far to the sea, only to take the bus, and minus the food, because every day it was all the same, which got boring very quickly, and the food was INSANELY SPICY, because there are a lot of Indians resting in this hotel. Everything else is fine.
Greetings! We rested with our family from 03/26/24.,eight nights, chose the hotel for a long time, gave preference to this! Since the location is close to the metro, and this is very important in Dubai!!! 15 min walking distance. And to the sea, transfer by bus at 9 am, pick up back at 13:00.also transfer to Think pier.Breakfasts are the norm for three stars, they were also set up in the dining room in a sudok, and they took it with them, it is allowed!!! The main thing is not to take it out in the dining room, you can not do this!the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, left three bottles of water, coffee, tea, bed linen was changed every three days.I recommend it to everyone!
A good urban-type hotel. It is inhabited mainly by Hindus and Pakistanis, there were very few Russian speakers. The food in the dining room is modest and with a great emphasis on oriental cuisine. The staff does not know Russian, only English. The hotel itself is quite clean, the rooms are cleaned, linen is changed every day. A small bus runs to the beach once a day. Who managed to get in, he sat down, the number of seats is limited, the driver will not be lucky standing.
I WENT ON VACATION TO DUBAI WITH A CHILD - A BOY OF 14 YEARS OLD. INITIALLY I WAS WORRIED ABOUT HIS FOOD, THEY TOOK BREAKFAST AND DINNER. THEY BROUGHT US TO THE HOTEL AT 6 A.M., IT SEEMED TO US A LOT OF PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION, PEOPLE CHECK IN, WAIT, SLEEP, THE MOVEMENT IS IN FULL SWING, WE ARE TIRED FROM THE NIGHT FLIGHT, AND SO ON, WELL, OKAY. THERE WERE NO BIG PLANS. WE REGISTER, ASK FOR EARLY CHECK-IN, WE ARE REFUSED, THEY SAY - THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS. WELL, OK. NEXT, WE GO TO THE TOILET, CHANGE CLOTHES, PUT OUR THINGS IN THE LUGGAGE ROOM, WE THINK WE'LL HAVE COFFEE OR SOMETHING TO EAT AT THE HOTEL, WE DON'T REALLY LIKE EVERYTHING. well ok. WE STUDIED THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IN ADVANCE, SO PLUS OR MINUS WE KNEW WHAT WAS THERE AND WHERE, WENT TO THE STORE, THE PLAN WAS RIPE. WE GO TO THE STORE, BUY A SNACK, AND TAKE A TRANSFER TO THE BEACH. IN TOTAL, WE FOUND A CONVENIENCE STORE, BOUGHT FRUITS, JUICE, WATER, SOMETHING WITH US, SANDWICHES, ETC. IN GENERAL, WE HAD A SNACK ON THE BENCH, EVERYTHING WAS FINE. AT 9.00 TRANSFER TO THE BEACH. LA MER BEACH. DRIVE FOR 15 MINUTES, THERE WERE NOT MANY PEOPLE NORMALLY, BACK AT 13.00. UPON CHECK-IN, THEY PAID A TAX OF -10 DIRHAMS PER NIGHT FROM THE ROOM. normal. THERE IS NO DEPOSIT. WE WENT TO THE BEACH, A BEAUTIFUL BEACH, FREE, BUT THERE ARE NO SUN BEDS OR UMBRELLAS. FOOD AND DRINKS ON THE BEACH ARE EXPENSIVE, UNJUSTIFIABLY EXPENSIVE. WE HAD EVERYTHING, WE DIDN'T NEED IT. THERE ARE TOILETS, CHANGING ROOMS, AND SHOWERS ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH IS SANDY, YOU CAN SWIM TO THE BUOYS. IN MY OPINION, THE BUOYS ARE CLOSE, THE CHILD SWAM, FOUND SEA URCHINS, SAW VARIOUS FISH. IN GENERAL, THE BEACH IS NORMAL. UPON RETURNING TO THE HOTEL, THE ROOM KEYS WERE GIVEN AT ABOUT 13.45. WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR. WI-FI IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. THE SIGNAL IS NORMAL. OUR ROOM WAS A DOUBLE ROOM, 2 SEPARATE BEDS, A BATHROOM, AN OPEN CLOSET. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL, EVEN THE SUITCASE CANNOT BE DECOMPOSED, IT IS ALSO INCONVENIENT TO HANG THINGS, BUT WE WERE SO NOT INTERESTED IN IT THAT WE DID NOT CARE, I WRITE THIS IF SUDDENLY IT IS IMPORTANT TO SOMEONE, THE ROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL, THE WINDOW OPENS, A VIEW OF THE NEIGHBORING HOTEL. THERE ARE TILES ON THE FLOOR IN THE ROOM, A BATHROOM, A HAIRDRYER, LIQUID SOAP, SHOWER GEL, DISPOSABLE SLIPPERS AND DISPOSABLE TOOTHBRUSHES WERE GIVEN A COUPLE OF TIMES, STUPIDLY TAKEN HOME, MAYBE IT WILL COME IN HANDY. THERE IS A KETTLE AND TEA IN THE ROOM. COFFEE, SUGAR, DRY CREAM. THEY GAVE US 2 BOTTLES OF SODA EVERY DAY - 0.5 LITERS WAS ENOUGH FOR US. AFTER THE BEACH AND CHECK-IN, WE WENT FOR A WALK, RETURNED TO THE HOTEL IN THE EVENING FOR DINNER, IT IS FROM 19.00 TO 23.00, VERY CONVENIENT, SUCH A LONG PERIOD, THERE WERE NEVER MANY PEOPLE, EVERYONE WENT AT A CONVENIENT TIME. DINING AT THIS HOTEL IS DIFFERENT FROM TURKEY AND EGYPT. THE VARIETY IS SMALL, BUT THERE WAS ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING: THE CUISINE IS MOSTLY INDIAN, AND THIS LEAVES ITS MARK. CHICKEN, BEANS, SAUCES, SOMETHING DIFFERENT, RICE. POTATOES, A COUPLE OF TYPES OF PASTA, PASTA, SOMETIMES THERE WAS FISH, BEEF WAS ALSO SEVERAL TIMES, SALADS OF 2 TYPES, AND MUCH MORE, ICE CREAM IS MANDATORY, SOUP, SOME KIND OF PASTRIES, CUPCAKE, CAKE, IN GENERAL WE HAD ENOUGH FOOD AND EVEN HAD A LOT. THE BREAKFASTS WERE ALSO NORMAL, BUT MONOTONOUS, BUT YOU CAN TAKE DIFFERENT THINGS. WE HAD ENOUGH, WE ARE NOT PRETENTIOUS. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS A SEPARATE THRILL. THE METRO IS 1.2 KM AWAY, IT TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON FOOT, BUT THE SIGHTS ARE VERY CLOSE. ONE STATION AND A FRAME, THROUGH 2 STATIONS - THE MUSEUM OF THE FUTURE, THROUGH 2 MORE OR ONE DUBAI MALL AND BURJ KHALIFA, 20 MINUTES AND A PALM TREE AND A COUPLE MORE STATIONS AND DUBAI MARINA. EVERYONE FOUND OUT ABOUT THE SUBWAY BEFORE LEAVING, SO WE HUNG OUT ON THE SUBWAY, IT WAS VERY CONVENIENT AND WE REALLY LIKED IT. THERE ARE A LOT OF CAFES AROUND THE HOTEL, JUST A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT ONES, SUPERMARKETS WITH FRUITS, JUICES, WHATEVER YOU WANT, THERE IS A SHOPPING CENTER NEARBY, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER HOW TO GET THERE. honestly. IN GENERAL, THE HOTEL IS HONEST. AND I FORGOT THE POOL ON THE ROOF, THERE WAS ONCE - TOWELS, SUN BEDS ARE THERE, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. IN GENERAL, I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL. WE GOT EVERYTHING WE WANTED, AND THAT'S ALL I NEED.
Greetings to all! We had a vacation with our son in May 2024. We liked the hotel, before that I read the reviews on Yandex. Solid 3 rooms are cleaned every day, friendly staff, mostly guys from Bangladesh, we had a voucher only on the basis of breakfast, breakfast is basically normal, there is a nuance a little dry and a lot of spicy food, cooks as I understood from India, it's a little difficult with children, the son refused to eat even egg amlet, ate watermelons, sliced melons, a little yogurt...in short, the food is special for this region, there is a small pool on the roof and a fitness room. It's fine for a budget holiday, my trip turned out to be unplanned and therefore this hotel is a great option. Located in the old city of Bar Dubai, near the metro, the exchanger commission is 3 dirhams at the airport 16, in the Dubai Mall 50 dirhams, the exchange rate is stable 1$ -3.65 dirhams. There is a very expensive taxi in Dubai. It took $99 per day to 4 locations. There is a TD "Day to day" not far away, the prices are reasonable and the choice will go especially for gifts to relatives. In general, the hotel has a good location near Deira. Metro to 7 stations costs 3 dirhams over 5. Across the street, the mosque was gorgeous to me as a Muslim Alhamdulillah! On the right and left, when leaving the hotel, there are markets. I bought soap soap and food for my son, I translated the price into tenge, as if it was not quite expensive myself from Kazakhstan. In general, I recommend it as an option for a budget holiday.
A good inexpensive hotel , near supermarkets , a mosque, a fifteen-minute walk to the metro , and disadvantages: weak WiFi , monotonous food with a Hindu accent, often there is no coffee and tea at dinner, often there are no clean dishes, you have to wait, the pool closes early, the staff is polite , there is billiards, a bar
Vacation in Dubai from 02/14.24 to 02/22.24 at the Citimax 3 star hotel. I will start my review with the fact that 12 years ago we were already in Dubai at the 3-star Mayfei hotel in the Deira area (I really liked the hotel, as 5 stars in Egypt). The weather greeted us on a hot morning + 25 (feels like 35 in Volgograd) the sun (further, according to communication with Russian tourists, it rained 2 days before our arrival and the weather was bad) we were lucky and the whole vacation was windy only a couple of times in the evening and had to put on a windbreaker, the sea was contrasting and we had to run in, but you get used to it quickly and then you don't want to leave the sea (all tourists swam, sunbathed, although it's winter in Dubai).
With regard to the hotel itself, I'll start with the pros: not far from the airport about 20-25 minutes, very good cleaning, liked the rooftop pool (warm heated water) there were always enough sun beds and a magnificent view of Dubai, 20-25 minutes walk to the metro (5 stops to Burj Khalifa - 15 minutes drive), 15 minutes walk alcohol market MMI ( prices are certainly not like in Russia, I bought 0.5 beer for 6 dirhams ( about 200 rubles ) and whiskey 1 liter 30 dirhams ( about 1000 rubles ) at the hotel by the pool you can drink beer, but if you order from them it is 40 dirhams, unfortunately these are all advantages.
Cons- 70 percent of the people in the hotel are representatives of India (it's closer to them to fly to Dubai) at first they were a little shocked by them (very loud, they climb without waiting in line, there are always a lot of them at the reception, but later you get used to the neighborhood with them), the room is very tired and small, the TV does not show Russian channels. Thank God that Europeans eat separately from Indians (although according to reviews about this hotel they write that there is a common dining room, so we were lucky and we were separated, this is a small plus), about food (we only had breakfast) everything is as everyone writes - too weak for this hotel, I did not have enough cuts (cheese, sausage) and porridge for the baby .We took them to La Mer beach from 9 a.m. and back at 13:00 ( about 30-40 minutes to go , a half-empty bus , went 2 times), the beach is very modest , quiet , a couple of shops , the entrance to the sea is good , the sand is clean - in Dubai this is probably the worst beach ( I will not write about other beaches) , but it is free and you can get relaxation in your own way.
In general, the rest was a success, we chose a budget hotel, we knew from the reviews that the hotel was weak, for us the hotel was an overnight stay and after the sea swimming in the pool, so we did not stay in it for a long time. This hotel would be recommended for a budget tourist who is positive and will not look for dust in the room.
R.S. one of the main expenses was the water park at the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Jumeirah Island (12 years ago we were in Val Vali at the Sail) for comparison, Val Vali is better, it is more compact, all the slides are nearby and the photos from the Parus hotel are excellent, Atlantis plus has a beach where the photos are also beautiful , but it is big and we haven't even been to the far slides
They behave very provocatively at the reception, defiantly talk to each other and do not pay attention to you, this, as I understand it, is due to the fact that I do not know English.I barely restrained myself from being rude or worse. He's muttering to himself, hating you.The food is really Pakistani, but if the tourists are not Pakistanis, but Europeans, then why is the food so spicy and with their spices, it's not Pakistan or Bangladesh, it looks like the owner is from there, that's the result.
An urban-type hotel with an Indian flavor in the form of staff and food of the same orientation.Clean.There is a rooftop pool where you can splash around if desired. The issue of towels for the pool is also there. There is a 1p transfer to the sea, 1p back. Not far away is a 20min walk to the metro station. There is a shopping center nearby, there are supermarkets. In general, it is a good option for a short trip if you need a city.
Not a bad hotel, I liked the attitude of the staff, even if you don't know English, they will try to help you. The advantages were room cleaning (free water, tea, coffee), clean enough (though not 100%). The location is 15 minutes from the metro. The disadvantages were a large number of Indian-Pakistanis (which affected the food at breakfast) and small requests (there is no way to leave food if the mini fridge did not interfere and you will not find a vase for flowers there). At the time of my stay, there was a repair of the pool (((, and the transfer to the sea is more like a mockery, given that it was not the season, but still half of the sufferers of salt water could not fit (even if you are taken at 9 am, they will pick you up at one, which is terrible. There is nothing to do on the beach for so much time, it is dangerous to tan for a long time under such a sun, the water is almost warmer than the air, there are very few shadows to relax).
In general, a normal hotel, without pretensions to 5 stars.
Food
Europeans and Indians are seated separately for breakfast, in different rooms -this is a plus.
Breakfast (buffet) .Minus:There is no cheese and sausage, the food is the same every day.
Dinner is also a buffet, the choice is small, but there are delicious fish.
Dinners were sometimes exchanged for lunches. There is practically no one for lunch. The system is different here. You sit down and a salad is brought to you, meat, potatoes, rice are served hot. Vegetable soup . For dessert, brownie (cupcake) is very tasty.
Hotel
This is the third time in this hotel. The last time was 5 years ago . Nothing much has changed . But the hotel already needs to be restored, furniture, curtains, etc. changed. They clean well. If you don't like the room (it smells like smoking or noisy, then they change it without any problems), we were checked in at 11-00 o'clock, without additional payment. The room was also changed immediately, because the first room smelled of smoke.
The hotel is in the Indian district, if you want more European contingent and a more modern atmosphere, then it is better to take a hotel closer to the center and the beach.
Beach
Transfer to Lamer at 9:00, back at 13:00.
There are a lot of people, everyone can't get in.
Taxi is 19 dirhams according to the meter.
We went to Almamzar beach. Yandex taxi to there is 71 dirhams. Previously, it was possible to buy an entrance using a metro card. (5 dirhams) Now you need to buy a ticket at the entrance only with a service card (which is sold at the entrance and which can only be purchased by bank transfer). Or pay for the entrance ticket with a bank card. We had union pay, and it didn't work, they don't accept cash. As a result, we did not go to the main entrance, but to the entrance to the right of the park, where cars enter the park through a barrier. We explained the situation and the security girl helped us. I made an appointment with one of the visitors. We got into their car and drove into the park and went to the beach. (there were lovely Arab women in the car.) The beach is gorgeous, it can't be compared to Lamer. By the way, they used to take you from the hotel to Almamzar.
You can get back from the main entrance by bus C28 or c15. Take 15 minutes to get to the city centre deira bus stop. There, take the subway and get to the Adcd station
A nice 3-star hotel, close to a metro station and a bus stop. There are quite a lot of shops with low prices nearby ( "Viva", "Day to day", etc.). They cleaned the room and brought water every day. Breakfast was from 06.30-10.00, quite varied: salads, greens, fruits, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, baked goods, etc. You could choose juices, tea and coffee from the drinks. The staff service is polite. The view from the window was on another window of the neighboring building. A small minus is the air conditioner, where it was impossible to adjust the temperature, but only turn it off. The set temperature was about 18-19 degrees. There is also a free shuttle service to La mer beach, but we got there by ourselves.
The song hotel. For its cost, a fairy tale. They only took breakfast. More than fine. The rooms are cleaned, the pool upstairs to rinse off is also good. The location is wonderful, the mall and metro are nearby. Day to day 5 minutes.
As you walk day to day, there will be a maroon Marina restaurant at the intersection. Everything is cooked, very tasty and not expensive.
We rested with my husband from 22-29.03. According to the interior, as if Radisson was an ex. The rooms are cleaned every day, water is brought, tea, coffee, towels are changed! We took only breakfast, there was a variant of European and Indian breakfasts (in different halls, on the first day we got to the Indians, it was funny). Breakfasts are not bad: sausages, eggs, pancakes, bread in an egg, vegetable and meat salads, fruits, cereals (maybe I forgot something). There are a huge number of Indians in the hotel, including the staff. Everyone is friendly. The bus takes you to La Mer beach (there are no sunbeds), this is a public beach. The bus is small, until everyone gets on, the driver will not be lucky, who did not have enough space - to get out. I didn't see the second bus.
The metro stop is about 1.5 km away. There are a lot of good supermarkets nearby, there is a market with alcohol, there really needs to be a card with a foreign passport. There is a cool store in the same building, there is ready-made food (European) and a microwave.
I wouldn't go to a hotel with small children! The beaches are far away, it's far to walk to the subway with children, it would be expensive to take a taxi every day! But my husband and I were OK together, it's not bad to walk, because there was no intense heat (+ 25C in the morning).
A good budget hotel. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Everything in the hotel is quite simple, but the Dubai price and quality correspond. The guests are mostly Indians and a small part of the packers from the CIS.
The hotel is for spending the night. The metro is within walking distance. There is a transfer to the beach at 9-00 there at 13-00 from there, often there are not enough places for everyone. They take you to La Mare Beach, the city's free beach. So if you want a beach holiday, then you are not here.
We were guests of this hotel with a child on 4-11.04.24. Upon check-in, we paid 70dx, asked for a quiet room. There were 3 towels in the room (1 for feet, 2 large ones), they asked for face and slippers, they gave everything at once. The room is cleaned perfectly, water is supplied every day, tea and coffee, the staff is responsive to requests. Breakfast, dinner of Hindu cuisine, but you can choose something from the usual, pastries, sausages, pasta, eggs, but we are also used to Indian cuisine. The hotel is very well located, we walked to the subway, visited the frame. You can't walk to the sea.
There are many shops nearby, McDonald's.
The hotel is good. Cleaning was carried out every day. The breakfast was varied to choose from: boiled eggs, sausages, toast, omelette, fruit, cereals, vegetable salad, tea, coffee.
The staff is polite.
The metro is about 15 minutes away. walking.
A simple hotel , a good pool on the roof , they took only breakfasts , which were monotonous all 7 days , except that the watermelon was changed to a melon , relatively close to the metro , near the hotel there is a supermarket
It's a disgusting hotel! The food is almost all Indian, which is impossible to eat. There is no tea or coffee for dinner, if you try to get some water.
The rooms are also permanently occupied by citizens of South Asian countries.
I don't recommend it to anyone
Its three stars are worth it, the food is clean, the chicken is given, however, the staff is friendly, and the exchange and taxi are all without problems) on the whole I am satisfied, the transfer to the sea goes regularly, but the beach itself is not very far, not far from a cent, only the lack of territory was upset. And so three stars as it is)
A great hotel for its price. We took a non-smoking room for 7 days for two through the Biblio-Globe (it came out about $ 400). Don't be surprised that all the staff will be Indo-Pakistani. But! The guys speak a little Russian, which was a pleasant surprise for us.
I don't know why people are complaining about breakfast, as for me, everything was fine. No porridge? Well, yes, you won't find it here, alas. But there is a great opportunity to try Indian dishes. No meat? Well, yes, look at the main contingent of the hotel (they all don't eat meat). If you are a vegetarian, you will definitely like it. From the usual European breakfast there are: milk with crunches, pancakes, eggs, sausage and yogurt.
P.s. if it is suddenly very necessary, you can send postcards through them. The reception kindly agreed to send our postcards, we had to pay only for stamps.
Thank you, good luck to everyone!😉
A clean city hotel, for a reasonable price.Conveniently located. Just keep in mind that with a taste for spices in food...Clean bed linen, towels. There is a small pool on the top floor. They give out the beach.towels are in the same place. There is 1p at 9am on the beachtransfer. There is a metro station nearby, a shopping center.
A great hotel for people who came to look at the Emirates , and not to hang out in the room. There is a small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel + towels are provided + sun loungers are free.
Clean , tidy , the staff Speak only English or Indian . Indian cuisine is hardly suitable for a Russian (there will be a lot of poop and far away) there was nothing on the table except orange juice and dessert, Turkish and Egyptian hotel slops seemed to me Real Delicacies!
The distance to the metro ADCB is about 15 minutes in a straight line within walking distance.
The hotel is inhabited by tourists from India and Pakistan in 90% out of 100. In general, the UAE is 2in1! You are Visiting an Arab country and India at the same time)))
I told myself a hundred times that I had chosen the hotel very correctly. Not a luxury, but a solid and solid three, of course, we must take into account that three stars in the UAE, India and Turkey are three completely different hotels. But the location is just super. All the key attractions are all very close. Those who are not too lazy to explore an unfamiliar country and city on their own will be very pleased. Frame, metro, old spice market, Museum of the future, Day tu day, Burj haoifa, shopping malls, marina, Deira, Abra boats - if you want to visit all this in one vacation - feel free to take a hotel and you will not regret it. I do not describe the food and the cleanliness of the sheets because there is everything an active tourist needs, no one will starve. the cleanliness is at a decent level. The rooftop pool is always available, the gym (if anyone is interested) is always empty, the lobby bar, fun and service are quite standard.
The hotel is located on the third coastline, which is not close to the beach. Even if you are madly fond of walking, it is far away.
The hotel has 3 stars, so all these nuances are justified.
The room has everything you need: towel/ bed/ kettle/ hanger/ mugs/ safe/ TV/mini fridge.
Cleaning is carried out as necessary, and during cleaning, the supply of water, tea, coffee and sugar was replenished. So we spent our evenings over a cup of hot tea, which was good news.
We had breakfast included, the buffet system works there, there is a lot of choice, but it's the same every day, so by the end of the week we were already tired of eating it. Spicy dishes make up most of the cuisine, so be prepared for this.
Housekeeping is Dubai's weak point, as I understand it. I read that many hotels have a similar problem, we also had it. There were no complaints about the room, but in the bathroom they found a black hair right on the wall on a white tile when checking in (I'm blonde if anything), well, it's hard not to notice the white/black contrast. They also always clarified on cleaning that towels needed to be changed, as they could have forgotten about it.
Again, considering the star rating of the hotel, I think it's fine (except for cleaning, but it's the same and it's found in 5 stars).
The only significant disadvantage for us was the air conditioner. Who would have thought, but we fought with him the most. He had only two modes: 1. Turn on and cool to 16°, or 2. Be turned off. This caused inconvenience, as I had to get up several times during the night, either because I was cold, or because it was stuffy. It was turned on/off 3-4 times during the night. Everything else is fine
Great hotel, rooms are cleaned perfectly every day, towels are changed. The views from the roof, where the pool is simply indescribable at sunset and in the evening. Everything is cultural, at the reception they helped to contact the travel agency in a controversial issue. I liked the sports bar, had fun and danced heartily with the peoples of the world. Very satisfied. Delivery to the beach and back on a comfortable bus, but at a certain time. The windows of the room overlooked the mosque, as I dreamed, so I enjoyed singing during prayer. The location is convenient, near a bank- exchanger, shops. The canteen is also delicious, some dishes are for an amateur. There is a guide at the hotel, from whom you can choose organized guided tours. We are happy to the ears! Thanks to Citymax Bur Dubai and the UAE for their hospitality! Let's eat some more!
The location of the hotel is not the worst, but the area is not very interesting. The metro is 10-15 minutes away on foot. No one speaks Russian at the hotel except the guests themselves, of whom there are quite a few on a par with guests from India. The breakfasts are mostly Indian cuisine, lots of spices, but the yogurts are delicious, the juices are pleasant. The pool is small on the top floor, but there are sun beds. They clean the rooms every day, leave instant coffee, water, change towels. The cleaning is of high quality. In general, the 3-star hotel deserves its stars.
A good 3-star hotel. There are a lot of people. 90% are Hindus, and therefore the cuisine is focused on them. The rooms are clean, but the interior details are already tired, chipped, cracked, minor defects. A great bar with live music, where they sing "A glass of vodka on the table..." The location of the hotel is good, although it's a long way to the beaches, but there is a free bus. There's a liquor store nearby.
The cuisine is Indian, 30 minutes on foot to the metro, a one-time transfer to the sea (you need to queue at the entrance, because there is a chance to take a taxi or stay without the beach).
And so, the hotel is decent, the rooms are clean
Hello. The hotel fully corresponds to 3*. We took breakfast and dinner, we liked it. The choice of dishes is quite sufficient. The hotel is clean, and the service staff is beyond praise! There are only two disadvantages: 1-only one small bus took you to the beach.2-there are not enough sun beds near the pool, not enough for everyone!
An average hotel for its three. The service is consistent. Swimming pool with towels on the roof. There is a small gym. We took breakfast. You can eat enough. The food is aimed at Hindus and Pakistanis. They mostly come to live there. Buses are formally available to Dubai Mall at 11:00, to La Mer beach at 9:00, but the queue is occupied by Indians from 8:00 and earlier. Who got in turn, he goes. We took a taxi using the Karim app. In general, the hotel is not bad. Removed from the metro. Walk 25 minutes to the metro stops. By the sun, it's far away. The cafes nearby are not focused on European food, the children had to be fed fast food or delivery.
An overnight hotel.
We were in late February - early March
Number
The first and biggest disadvantage of the hotel is very COLD. We were freezing under two blankets. The air conditioner is hard to control, the buttons do not respond, and it also does not adjust to heat, even when it is 32 degrees cold. There are cold tiles on the floor, you need to ask for slippers at the reception.
There are no sockets near the beds.
The linen in the room does not dry.
Towels are changed every day, put a sign on the door.
There is a safe, a suitcase drawer, a refrigerator, a kettle, water, tea, coffee, dry cream, sugar (changed every day).
An uncomfortable shower. Dental supplies and bathrobes are missing. There is no hook for a hand towel. The soap holder is broken.
Breakfast: there is everything, but the same type. On day 4, it gets boring. Breakfast for Europeans takes place in the bar, where it is very smoky after the evening.
Location: good, the metro is about 7-10 minutes away. There are many shops nearby. Burj Khalifa is about 30 minutes away. The area and the hotel are mostly inhabited by Hindus.
Transfer: to the beach (it is better to arrive in 5 minutes) and to the Dubai Mall.
There is a storage room.
Staff: helpful. We arrived early, we were not settled, we had to walk around the area for about 3 hours. But those who arrived at the hotel an hour later than us were checked in immediately. Depends on the shift.
There were no two separate beds. We checked into a room with one.
Swimming pool: on the roof, the water is warm. Towels are provided.
We will not go to this hotel anymore.
The foundation is a little old. There are small cockroaches in the bathroom. 725 room view of the windows of the Citimax hotel. )) The conder works well (the split system is built-in).the bed is always clean and dry. The staff does not speak Russian at all (it's not scary-they have an online translator and we have one)). The staff is sincerely friendly. The breakfasts are the same every day, the choice is not great, the direction is Indian. Cleaning: they leave hair, dust, change towels, it is clear that everything is washed. Slippers are not provided because 3* (words at the reception). The residents of the hotel are inadequate Indians. Normal guys. In the vicinity, we did not find anything worthy of catering "at any time". We only used the hotel to sleep.
The number /food is focused on Indian guests, but you can choose something for yourself (we only stopped by with breakfast)
The pool and gym are free
Of the minuses -there are too many floors and too many people. Mostly from India. Sometimes they are very noisy, they communicate with each other from different ends of the faye by shouting. The pool is also always screeching from adults and children
A good hotel for its 3 stars. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The room has a bathtub, but there is no bathrobe and slippers.
The rooms are very cold, but it is enough to turn off the air conditioner and the temperature will be 23-24 degrees to stay. Do not open the windows! Otherwise, condesat will instantly fall out, and in 20 minutes there will already be puddles everywhere, the air is very humid on the street. Friendly staff, speak only English. There is a restaurant serving Indian cuisine. There is a small pool on the roof and a few sun beds. The hotel is located in an area with a predominantly Indo-Pakestan population, which was great for us) very colorful. I liked everything)
