I visited this hotel on December 31, 2024. I've been choosing for a very long time and I'm satisfied.
The hotel is clean and beautiful, air conditioners are working everywhere, the staff is polite, fast Wi-Fi. The food for breakfast is excellent. There are dishes of European and Indian cuisine, there are plenty to choose from, but everything Indian is spicy. Every day there were fruits, porridge, juices, croissants, coffee, etc.
The room is clean, cleaned every day, but at different times, you can always ask for water and extra.towels. The room has air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, cups, water, tea, coffee, shampoo, toothbrushes, towels, hangers. There are no adapters for our sockets. You need to ask for an iron.
I liked the pool and the gym on the roof, the water in the pool is +30, there is no smell of bleach, there are sun beds and beach towels. I didn't like the fact that the pool is enclosed by high walls and there is no view of the city from it.
The location of the hotel is good, the taxi arrives in 1 minute, it takes 10 minutes to go to Burj Khalifa and the metro (it costs 20 dirhams). If you walk, it takes an hour, because you have to go around the embankment to the bridge. You walk along the road and construction sites. It's a long way to the beach, and it cost 35 dirhams by taxi.
There are two minimarkets and a pizzeria near the hotel.
The New Year's Eve dinner was amazing with a wide variety of delicious food, but there was no program. The DJ was playing music, and the tourists were smoking at the tables.
They asked for a deposit in dirhams or dollars upon check-in, but the deposit was not returned upon check-out.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is very polite. Rooms are like everywhere else in principle. Daily cleaning service. But it's a little messy....That's why I'm shooting one star. The breakfasts are quite decent. The hotel is worth the money. There are rooms for smokers.

Nice hotel. Cleaned daily. A bottle of water, tea, and coffee were brought daily. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, slippers are provided. The rooftop pool is not small, the water is cooled. A fitness room and a small restroom.
Opposite the hotel across the street is the embankment, 5 minutes on foot.
The cent is 20 minutes away by bus. It is inconvenient to get to the sea by bus and it takes a long time (this is if anyone is interested in public transport). The only drawback is that the hotel is disconnected from any supermarkets.

On the plus side:
Fireworks are visible on New Year's Eve.
The promenade with restaurants is within walking distance.
A 10~minute drive to Dubai Mall.
Of the cons:
There is a construction site nearby (2024), and construction sites are being cleared. Dust. With the windows closed, construction work is not audible.
Breakfast is served in the bar, where smoking is allowed in the evening.
If you take lunch and dinner included in the accommodation, the menu consists of 3-4 courses of appetizers and the first and second courses. I do not recommend it. For an amateur.
The hotel staff is completely indifferent.

Clean, tidy, cleaning without complaints, administrators easily fulfill requests. Breakfast with a focus on Indian cuisine. There is a beautiful promenade nearby for walking.
Of the minuses:
1. You need to get to the metro by taxi.
2. The hotel is located near the highway and you can hear the hum, but after an active day you fall asleep and do not hear anything.
The hotel fully justifies its low price!!

The hotel itself is quite decent: The breakfasts are of the same type, but there is a choice of dishes;
Room cleaning is stable every day;
Everyone speaks English, helps with Google translator.
Transfer to La Mer beach (9:00-14:00).
Cons :
- far from the metro, at least an hour on foot, taxi 20-30 dirhams, but there is a bus
- there are few shops nearby, their prices are correspondingly inflated
- there is a construction site and huge business centers all around
- only 2-3 cafes nearby
In general, the hotel is not for those who like to walk on foot for sure, it will not suit those who want to travel around the city, since the metro is far away, but if the price suits you and the more the presence of a swimming pool is paramount for you, then a decent option. 08.05.2023.

Of course, the breakfasts are monotonous, the porridge is one kind, and a strange table distribution system, you can only occupy the one that the one who asked for the room number at the entrance will indicate. There is no food around, there is a restaurant called excited pizza, where pizza with water costs $ 10, and several shops like pyaterochka. You can walk to the Dubai Mall, 40 minutes, along the embankment, to the bridge, and there you can reach it. You can make a couple of stops on the bass f14 from your side of the road, but there is only a zero map. Bass F40 from the opposite side, to the business bay station of the local shabby metro. And yes, the staff in the room is not too eager to clean up, if you live for more than three days, they ask what you need tea, water, and that's it.

The hotel is old, worn out, all the furniture, plumbing are tired. It doesn't pull even close to 4 stars. The staff does not try very hard, everything was prepared for one person in the room for two. Breakfast is average, instant coffee. I do not recommend visiting, there are much better options for this money, do not pay attention to the photo, it does not correspond to reality.

We lived in a hotel in June 2023, minus the windows facing the construction site, it was already noisy early in the morning, we got used to it with the window closed.Otherwise, there are only advantages.
The pool is on the 18th floor, breakfast is varied, waiters bring coffee and scrambled eggs to your table, fruit platters, yoghurts, croissants, cupcakes.
The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, tea, coffee, water, even shaving blades.
Upon check-in, they take 120 dirhams tour.tax., there are 2 types of water on the 1st floor.They take you to the beach (La Mer) at 9.00, pick you up at 14.00. There is a supermarket opposite, there is a bar and a restaurant in the building. There's nothing much else around, you can walk along the embankment, but it's not realistic to walk to Bursh Khalifa, the highway.just a taxi .an average of 25 dirhams.

In this hotel we rested together with our daughter for the first time. I liked everything very much.
Even the fact that there are two construction sites nearby did not overshadow it. Nothing could be heard behind the double - glazed windows .
The restaurant has a huge selection of dishes of different types and for every taste. Very polite and
attentive staff.
On the 18th floor there is an outdoor swimming pool. Spacious and clean, towels are always in sufficient quantity. In the evenings, it's nice to watch how the Burj Khalifa Tower "winks", it is very clearly visible from the pool area
