I liked the hotel. Clear. Daily room cleaning. Change towels, put tea, coffee, sugar, dry cream and water. The staff responds to any request. A lot of businessmen. There is a transfer to the sea, the beach is wonderful with white sand. The staff does not speak Russian, but this is not an obstacle, there is open Wi-Fi , it solves everything. Cons: the gym equipment in the gym is broken, there are a lot of Russian-speaking guests, and there is no understanding person at the reception.

Cleaning is done every day, bed linen is replaced after 5 days (bed linen is stained after washing). The staff is friendly (not everyone), listen to your problem and... they don't do anything. The windows are screwed on screws or vice versa do not close until the end (near the highway, cars drive around the clock along its joints). Nearby there are famous steam locomotives - these are local markets of gold, things, Arabic perfume and across the bridge there are fish and fruit and vegetable markets nearby (p.s. if you walk from the hotel for 30 minutes, if you take a taxi for 10 minutes and there is an area of 13 derham (~220r.) More about the hotel, it's very nice, We, as tourists who do not know English very well, were met there and met a Russian girl, Irina, who helped us and prompted us in everything, Thank her very much. She works on the ground floor of the hotel, we booked excursions from her. In general, a person from the tour operator you were traveling with is already attached to you upon arrival, and he also offers excursions, but in 99% of cases they cost more. My husband and I have something to compare with, because we have been vacationing in Sharjah for the 2nd time and before the trip we were sent a price list with fresh prices for excursions and of course we bought from Irina, because we had 2 families, my husband and my parents, who were on such a trip for the first time (mom is 65 years old, and dad 70👍🏻), so when we bought, so to speak, wholesale😄, we still got discounts.. Everything was just a class and rest and excursions.
The food included breakfast, we really liked it. The buffet was: fresh vegetables, fruits, porridge, eggs were cooked in a new way every time, there were very tasty sausages (usually we don't eat them from the word at all, but here we ate and my father, who generally does not like this) Stewed mushrooms, several types of vegetables, from women, etc., Every day is new, various pancakes or fritters, yogurt, milk, cereals of several types, for breakfast cereals, fresh and crispy croissants and muffins. There will be something to eat for both children and adults and vegetarians. I will describe the disadvantages right away, there was a very old refrigerator in the room, which smelled like a dead homeless person, I don't know what was stored there. Cockroaches were spotted in the room. The room was cleaned, but I cleaned only superficially just to create a view. Wi-Fi in the room did not work, only in the corridor, or near the door and very bad. TV all Arabic channels and 1 Russian first channel. Breakfast was monotonous all the time and not always a delicious buffet. For an earlier check-in, 200 dirhams were ripped off, which is very much 3,500 rubles. The window in the room does not close tightly and you have to listen all night to the noise of cars that never stop driving. If you have trouble sleeping, I advise you to take earplugs. Ventilation is shared and if someone smokes in their room, everyone will passively smoke. And so the hotel is not bad. 2 stars, taking into account all the disadvantages. The staff does not understand Russian, I advise you to know English well or have a translator.
