The bottom. I do not advise you to get involved. The service is at the level of a bomb at the curb.
We ordered a transfer in Phuket (airport-hotel-airport).
Plane tickets with departure dates and times were sent in advance.
The car was delivered on the departure date!!! Stating that it is not their job to calculate dates…
They refused to compensate for their mistake.
With such a service, it is easier and twice as cheap to order a taxi in any application, which we did. At least they're not rude there.
