We rested in mid-October. The rooms are renovated, everything is new, I liked everything. For the troika, the food is more than, meat, chicken, fish. Fruits- oranges, plums, apples, watermelon melon. The wine is so-so, the beer is fine. The first line and a gorgeous private beach. The hotel is located at the end of Marmaris, within walking distance of the bus stop. Thanks to Alexander and Katya. The host is in the hotel for all the rest time, trying to improve our rest, listening to every guest. The only downside is there are no beach towels. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Minuses:
- Upon arrival at one o'clock in the morning, we were checked into the hotel opposite Heaven, because as they said: the sea view room was occupied by mistake by the tour operator. As a result, we lived for 1.5 days in an economy room, where everything is broken. About 10 other people also found themselves in this situation. The compensation was minimal: a safe, which used to be free in other hotels, and a tent on the beach, accessible to all guests, which no one checks and can be occupied by anyone who wants. Is that all there is to the question? We were told yes... or wait for relocation to another hotel, but we only came for a week and didn't want to waste time.
- There is a Turk at the reception who practically understands Russian, but mows down that he does not understand and cannot solve anything. He is waiting for Alexander (who speaks Russian, Turkish and English) to diplomatically solve and answer the questions.
- As a result, the sea view room is good, the view is excellent, but it's inconvenient that you will be perfectly visible from the street on the 2nd floor.
Room cleaning was strange, water and towels were rarely changed.
- The hotel does not have scales for weighing luggage.
- And another significant disadvantage is that there is a bar across the street that is open until one o'clock in the morning, which can interfere with rest when choosing a room with a sea view.
- There is no towel for the beach.
Positive:
- beautiful view and convenient location of the hotel;
-cleanliness and order on the territory of the hotel;
- delicious and relatively varied food (vegetables, fruits, meat, etc.);
- a bus stop is close and it takes an hour to get to the center of Marmaris;
- own clean beach within a minute walk from the hotel;
- stable Wi-Fi, working even on the beach;

This hotel has 2 advantages, these are: 1 location, exit the reception in less than a minute and you are on the beach. 2 new renovation in the rooms.
The food is monotonous, and if fish appear once or twice a week, then it is simply not enough, 15 minutes from the beginning of lunch and there is no fish. Fruits +, watermelons, melons, pears, apricots, etc. there is enough of everything.
Cleaning +, but soap, shampoo, gel, if not asked, will not be put. I popped, apologized and immediately reported back.
There is only one bar in the restaurant, not on the beach.
There is no animation, but you can easily go to neighboring establishments and hang out.

Rooms after the 10th room with a view of the neighboring hotel and the tall ancient pines. Cicadas hang out on them, they scream around the clock. Stock up on earplugs)
The location of the hotel is good. On the edge of the city. It is far from the busy and noisy highway. There is always a private beach, a place under an umbrella. There are minor flaws. Cracked shower tray. Water was leaking onto the floor. The restaurant has a kind of buffet, but the staff imposes no restrictions on how much you ask. Upon departure, they asked the manager of the restaurant Arkan in advance for lunch boxes, promised, but did not fulfill. In the morning we managed with a couple of sandwiches and a cup of coffee.

This is the second time in this hotel. Unfortunately, changing the name of the hotel and positioning it as 4 stars from last year's 3 stars did not lead to an improvement in service. The rooms are small, but well renovated. The presence of a TV and WI-FI in the room, and the signal of the latter is 3 plus. There's a problem downloading something, you get tired of waiting. The bathroom is poorly designed, no matter how carefully you wash, there will always be water in the toilet. When checking in, there was no toilet paper, I had to ask separately. Guest shampoos and gels in small bottles were provided. There is a hair dryer. There is always hot water. Cleaning is not every day, as well as changing towels is not every cleaning. The food has become much worse, both in terms of the choice of dishes and the quality of cooking. Watermelon, apples, oranges are made from fruits. Tables are not cleaned immediately, dirty dishes are also cleaned. The rooms overlooking the garden (garden) are just crazy. They are cheaper than rooms with sea views and the sun does not bake in the windows so much, but the music from the neighboring hotel does not give any rest until 24 hours. It's terrible, it's impossible to stay in the room. Be sure to take this into account when choosing a room. There is an elevator in the hotel, but a terrible slow-witted one. You can hardly wait until he arrives, then he dreams again for about half a minute before opening the doors. The advantage of the hotel is that the sea is very close and its own free beach with sun beds and umbrellas. But there are much fewer sunbeds, and there is not enough for everyone. There are fewer umbrellas than sun beds and they are constantly being dragged from each other. There is a pontoon with soft cushions, you can sunbathe on them. There are walking paths along the coast. If not for a very long time, you can choose a hotel, but keep in mind the above so as not to overshadow your vacation. The hotel is noisy and has a three-person service system.

We are resting now in this hotel! At first we were disappointed with the number, then it was exchanged for us. Very attentive staff, they will help you at any time in any matter. The food is delicious, you will not stay hungry. The sea is nearby, the beach is great, the view is gorgeous over the entire bay! The hotel is renovated, the rooms are cozy, if you need cleaning, you can just tell the reception, or some write that they rarely clean. The best and most friendly hosts of the hotel! I had a rest in September 2022. The hotel corresponds to the declared stars. The food is good. They cook delicious. It's not much of a variety, but it's quite enough for a threesome. The rooms can be cleaned more often, they were cleaned 2 times in 8 days. And be sure to change the hangers in the cabinets, some are actually made of wire. It's not expensive. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous. You can forgive everything for that. On the whole, I am satisfied. The beach is across the street. The location of the hotel is good.

For three days we suffered, we thought it was mosquitoes, but it turned out to be bedbugs. As soon as the staff was informed about this, they said that we had brought them. Then, as it turned out, there were bedbugs in many rooms! As a result, we were moved to another room. The dining room is dirty, the waiters themselves are not friendly, there are no spoons and forks, everything has to be begged, the coffeemachine is broken. We will not come to this hotel again and we will not advise!

If you are going to rest at this hotel, you should understand that it is only for an overnight stay, because there is nothing else to do in it. Once we went on vacation in the Russian Federation, so we chose a 2** hotel for the night, so this one is the same. We've heard a lot of disappointed sighs about the hotel. I am attaching a photo. Oh, yes, take a rope to dry on the balcony.

1 dead numbers, I will not list them, there are enough joints.
2 loud music that really interferes with sleep. until 12 or 1 a.m.
3. poorly washed dishes and there is not enough of them, cups and forks are constantly missing. however, I didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes.
4 there are few fruits, or rather only watermelon.
5 broken beach chairs, there are few of them, but I have come across them. Dirty mats on these sunbeds.
6 not very well maintained beach. trash, sun beds, mats, umbrellas.
7 stone entrance to the sea, take "corals" or crocs.
8 have not changed towels and bed linen in 9 days not once .
Now the pros:
1 location, the main advantage of this hotel. If you only need a hotel to sleep, then it's worth taking it.

I stayed at the hotel from May 15th to June 2005. Price - quality is 5% plus. You sleep well at night. The location is good. The owner of the hotel is personally interested in how you are having a rest and what complaints you have. A cruise yacht was boarded near the hotel, for a very modest fee. The hotel is just disgusting, all the positive reviews that you could read about it are fake, please don't be fooled by them like we are, don't spoil your vacation!
The food is of the level of a bad dining room, tasteless, there is no choice at all. It's impossible to drink tea or coffee, it's disgusting. Only beer is tolerable from alcohol, the only cocktail that vodka + syrup can make. The dining room is very dirty all the time, huge puddles from the cooler, glasses smell very strongly of dirt. "Cherry on the cake" is the musical taste of bartenders, every dinner is played by a disgusting Russian rap.
The rooms are very small, dirty, it is unpleasant to touch towels and bed linen, all plumbing leaks. We saw people coming to the next room on the second floor to poison cockroaches. There is no water, safe, slippers, bathrobes, towels for the beach.
There are dirty beds on the beach, everything is in divorce, it is also unpleasant to lie, even on your towel. Entering the water is a whole quest, even in slippers for the sea, the stones are different when entering, both sharp small and large. There is a pantone, what is the problem with making a ladder on it and not mocking people?
The water on this beach is not the cleanest.
Glass is broken on the balcony on the top floor from the pool side, there is a big risk that small glass will fall on people, in the 12 days that we have been, nothing has been done with the glass, it is not known how long it has been in this condition.
In general, during the rest, we did not find any advantages, the atmosphere in the hotel as a whole is not friendly at all, all the staff just wants to get money for accommodation and get rid of you as soon as possible,
every time passing by the reception, we saw how the guests quarrel with the employees, the employees absolutely do not care about your claims, they do not intend to solve anything. An illustrative example: my MC had a birthday, I went to the reception the day before and warned the owner, hoping for some kind of compliment, he said that congratulations would be at dinner at 7 o'clock, in the end there was nothing, very unpleasant.
Marmaris is a great city, choose any other hotel and don't spoil your mood for such a lot of money!!!!

As promised by the manager, we were fed at the hotel. They took us to sleep in another one, and the next morning at 8 a.m. they picked us up from that hotel personally and compared breakfast with another hotel))) it was doubly delicious.
There are no towels on the beach, take your own. We have invented an ugly souvenir with the name of the city.
