The staff is very responsive, the condition of the rooms is 4+. For some reason, not all rooms have comfortable beds. The restaurant's menu is not very large, but you can find suitable dishes. The breakfasts are decent. One of the disadvantages is the lack of coffee at breakfast (instant only, but I don't drink it)

The hotel is like 4 stars! Towels and windows are dirty! There is dirt on the window sills in the rooms. Terrible sound insulation! The food is so-so! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Poor room cleaning. Bad plumbing.
Breakfast is often incomplete: the cook does not cook at the right time, the food is taken out as far as possible. Cleaned in the morning, there are only fried eggs and fried sausage. By 8 o'clock, porridge appears, then pancakes and meat, but the scrambled eggs are already running out and a new one is not being prepared. I spent three nights here, I didn't like it.
