From the soft fabric, the sweatshirt turned into a stake standing and rough to the body. The seams were all disheveled, obviously the wrong mode was + a spot on the white fabric did not even bother to remove! They answered my claims that they had done everything right, and at the same time asked "where I was serviced earlier" - it is not entirely clear how this relates to the fact that an expensive thing was spoiled for me. Most of all, it's a shame that I clarified everything several times, but they did it somehow anyway.
