I arrived at 9 a.m., met a nice guy-the administrator, quickly issued, although it turned out that the complex does not include salon ozonation, although it is included on the website and in the price list at the counter, but okay. The cleaning was done as promised during the day, I specially left the car until lunch the next day to dry out, but in the end everything is so wet that you can not sit on the seat. Allegedly dried with a cannon, but it is unlikely, given the condition, I drove for 2 more days with the stove at maximum and the windows open.

Always clean, fast and high quality. A comfortable waiting room . You don't have to worry about things in the car, I left my keys and went to a nearby cafe to have coffee. It's nice when an adequate manager himself monitors the quality of the work of employees, and often resorts to doing something with his own hand. Prices are rising as everywhere else. In general , it is adequate for the day of the visit . There are options to do it cheaply and simply, and you can go for a walk.

I came to dry-clean the seats. I was met by a friendly young man. He listened carefully and explained that it would take at least 2 hours, taking into account the drying of the seats. I agreed and left the car. I returned for it after 6 hours and found that the seats were frankly wet. I received an answer to my claims that the heat gun was broken and take it as it is. No apologies, no price reduction. The cherry on the cake turned out that the terminal does not read any of my bank cards. I had to look for an ATM. When I returned, a working heat gun was already installed in the car. It turns out that it was possible. I did not wait another 2 hours and left with a scandal and a wet interior. I strongly advise against using this service in this OFFICE.

30.04.2021 in the morning we stopped at this car wash on the way. We approached the administrator asking if it was possible to wash the car. We were told that there are three more minutes, they work from 9:00.
When asked if it was still possible to wash, they answered rudely "from 9:00" and closed the door.
During these three minutes, you could open the box, or simply politely ask to wait.
The approach to the client is zero.
