We ordered the purchase of a split system and its installation services from them. The order was placed by phone, everything was fine. The next day, a representative came to take measurements. Upon completion, at the exit from us, he stated that the warranty period for installation would be provided for only one year. We were just amazed how so, because in accordance with paragraph 66 According to the rules for concluding and executing contracts for these services, the legislation of the Republic of Belarus establishes a warranty period of FIVE YEARS for the completed installation of equipment, since according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, installation of air conditioners refers to construction work and is carried out taking into account the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus regulating construction activities. The minimum warranty period according to the law, guys, is FIVE YEARS, you can do more, please, but you can't do less, it's illegal. Anyone who says that they will provide a guarantee for installation for less than five years is deceiving us in order to absolve themselves of responsibility for the quality of their work. They do this, and other installers of Mogilev, because the Customer of installation works, who discovered defects during the warranty period, may require them to eliminate defects, which is legally enshrined in art. 676 The Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and paragraph 25 Rules for concluding contracts. At the same time, the legislation ensures warranty periods for installation in order to identify and eliminate defects resulting from the use of low-quality materials, products, structures, or in poorly performed installation work. In general, we refused their services, since everything that starts with deceiving customers always ends badly.
