Rude staff, especially the doctors on duty. The average medical staff does not provide any help except for a thermometer...they do not answer the questions asked. The doctor on duty goes down for 1.5 hours from the department. They try not to hospitalize elderly patients, they allegedly consider them to be hopeless patients!!! They are the same people as them...They also face old age, infirmity and illness!!! Dirty plumbing, disposable diapers, no gloves. Why and to whom we are plotting Osms is not clear?!
