This is the center of Mahmutlar, you can say the heart of this area. Nearby there is a great park, Playground, "orange", the Mediterranean Sea and a huge bunch of cafes and restaurants. I definitely like this place!
There are no architectural delights, but there is a market nearby on Saturdays, the city administration, a decent cafe and a playground... And of course, the beach and the sea are two minutes away...
