The staff at this institution is a separate story
It's not the first year we've been trying to eat at this cafe, but every time we have to wait 10 minutes for them to come to you and bring the menu. Some of the waiters are standing smoking, some just ignore the guests.
We won't come again!

Apparently we are so lucky, but it didn't work out to eat here for the second year in a row - we sit down at the table and wait for the waiter, no one comes for 10 minutes. This year they called me - I nodded my head and went to smoke. Another waiter said that he only serves tables around the establishment. Moreover, this attitude is not only to Russian speakers, a couple of Englishmen, from the next table, as well as we went to have lunch in another institution.
