For the first time we had a rest not according to the tour program. And everything went great! My 2-year-old daughter and I arrived in October 2024, and then my husband and son came to pick us up in a car and left together in November. When searching among the hotels for an extension, they didn't even think about leaving, unless there were places. The power is just on 5++++ fish, vegetables, meat, turkey, soups, side dishes in a wide variety. There is a lot of entertainment and treats for children. The sauna was used daily in the evening after the sea. I am very grateful to the girl Maya, she picked up a great room for us without fuss and problems, although many hotels were already closed for the winter and this hotel had a fairly high occupancy rate! Maya, thank you very much for your responsiveness and willingness to help in any matter! And of course, those who work with her in the same team! Although I am writing belatedly, we are constantly remembering this trip as a family! We extended our wonderful family vacation. It wasn't long ago, but it was very memorable. Moreover, the way back was by car.

A great hotel, with a good territory. The staff is all smiling and responsive, almost everyone understands Russian (basic requests) varied and very tasty food, a lot of positions. If you overslept or did not have time to eat, then there is a cafe on the territory near the main pool where they serve burgers, ice cream, pizza and crumbs of potatoes in any quantity. There are 3 bars on site - in the lobby, by the pool and by the sea....also, everything is up to 23x. I was surprised that this 4-star hotel is at this level!!!

We had a rest in early October 2024. A small hotel with a large water park and swimming pools. The room stock in the main building is outdated, the toilet is right next to the shower, which is separated by a curtain, everything is in the water, the trash can was broken, the partition on the 2-tier bed was broken. For an additional fee, we changed the room to a new one, it looked fresher, there was a separate shower and toilet, a huge balcony with a table and chairs, in a building next to the water park overlooking the bar. the waiters were tired, the food was not to their taste, but the choice of fish and meat was large. Ice cream was given from 12 to 23 hours indefinitely. The bars make delicious cocktails. There is a small pier, access to the sea of sharp stones. There are a lot of recreation areas, there were always places, the weather was great, there was a storm for the first 2 days, the pier was dismantled, then the sea calmed down and the pier was assembled.
