They don't have it at all tasty.There have never been scrambled eggs in the morning and it's very amazing! I really liked the animator Mukam, a cool guy, 10+! At 16h. In general, my husband attached it as best he could and slept without breathing, so that the bed would not collapse .... There are 400lir sunbeds on the pier per day, I am shocked... the hotel rooms are free, but it looks like they spend the night there and score them from the night, just like by the pool. You won't be hungry for food, but only fish and chicken from non-soy products. In general, have fun and do not pay attention to these little things. This hotel needs to be closed. There's nothing good about it. The hotel rooms have torn wallpaper, telephone and TV are not working. There is no sea from the word - at all. There is a sea, but there is no entry into it, because there are only stones and boulders. The pool is always with cold water, which is why many caught a cold. There is no food. Some kind of mess with the smell of spoiled, their soy semi-finished products that are fried in oil. They become like the sole of a shoe. Turks who clean the floors immediately stand up for distribution, without gloves, without hats. Where they pushed their hands before, no one knows. The manager himself cuts bread for the guests without gloves. In the bar, glasses are not washed, turned over and poured into dirty ones for other people. Well, as a consequence -

Absolutely not what was promised. They were in July 2024.
Indeed, the hotel "blewar". All the visitors were poisoned for 2-3 days, including me and my family.
There are huge queues for food, everything is monotonous and tasteless, the amount of food wants the best.
All the sun beds are occupied, they need to be occupied at 7 am. There's never anything on the bar.
Rooms : there are no advantages.
They don't clean, they don't change towels, they don't bring toilet paper. The photos are absolutely not what they actually are.
Also, it is not indicated anywhere that there are two buildings in the hotel, we lived in the second one. The elevator worked for 3 days out of 9, and, by the way, we lived on the 6th floor.
You can go with children, but only one animator. It can be seen that it is working hard.
The beach is disgusting. On the fourth day, while I was at sea, I saw some waste, apparently from the hotel food. I didn't come in anymore. The entrance is terrible, you literally fall into the sea. The sun beds are all under the sun, it is impossible to lie down.
We were promised that they would check in at 12:00, as a result, at 14:00 we also sat at the reception. The road with stops from the airport was supposed to be 2.5 hours. We drove almost 5.
Employees are generally a nightmare. No one knows Russian, so you should have a basic knowledge of English. One of the cleaners was climbing up to me (I had an engagement ring on my hand). I was with a young man at the end of September 2024. On the very first day, I wanted to leave. It took us 4 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. It was not possible to eat, even for a fee, everything was closed, the time was about 2 a.m., the hotel also did not offer anything. We were shown photos of the main building, but not a word was said about the second one, but they settled into the second one, where there were 3 single beds in different corners. The room was cleaned for 2 days in a week and that's it, so cleaned that everything was turned over in the shelves, suitcases and on the table. On the third day, of course, they were poisoned, but in such a way that the two of them ended up in the hospital for 2 days (they asked not to stay any longer), severe dehydration. The guide answered us once and disappeared, and so did the tour operator. We couldn't eat at the hotel anymore, only the purchased food, as a result, someone on vacation is gaining kg, and we dropped them, and not a little.
The food is disgusting, the dishes are broken and dirty, not fruits, but some kind of scraps. The beach is dirty, the sun beds are broken, and no one cleans the beach adjacent to the hotel. Gobies, plastic, candy wrappers, etc. on every centimeter of sand. The service is terrible, there are no paid services. Even the drugs don't really help. The sea is stormy, it is very difficult to swim, you need to walk along the coast and look for normal visits to the sea. There was an idea to move to another hotel, but something more normal comes with a decent surcharge, and in the rest of the options offered by the guide, then bedbugs, then cockroaches, etc. It's not the first time in Turkey, but the first time such a disgusting vacation. And I was in this hotel about 10 years ago, there was no such disgrace. Tour operators have no conscience at all, instead of dissuading tourists from coming here, they on the contrary offer this hotel. We took a trip to Fan&Sun. And then it's your own fault, you drove into it. So all the bad reviews are true. I do not recommend it to anyone. A spoiled vacation with severe poisoning.

We stayed at this "hotel" in August 2024. To say that a long-awaited vacation was ruined is an understatement. This is the worst of the worst hotels you can imagine. This is absolutely the dirtiest, filthiest, most fucked-up hotel you can imagine. I'm not talking about food at all, they got poisoned after a couple of days, like half of the hotel, and eventually ate in cafes, despite the fact that the all-inclusive was paid for. 1) The location of the hotel is located in the city, which is convenient to walk around Alanya, shopping malls and markets, you can take 1 bus for 17 lira to Cleopatra beach or the market

4) Not bad food, but not so varied, in the morning it was just hard to find something to eat, but for lunch and dinner there was always chicken (except for meat for 7 days I did not see anything else) there were always fresh vegetables, French fries, pasta, fish (also by the way not bad) a lot of salads (everything was on sour cream), the fruits were oranges, apples and watermelon (watermelon was not tasty at all)
Cons:
1) We arrived late in the evening at 23:00, we were tired and hungry, no one fed us, they said go down the street there is food you can buy
2) When we entered the room, honestly, these are quiet horror, if you have been to 5-star hotels where everything is included and ultra all inclusive, you do not need to come here, when I entered the room I almost burst into tears from what I saw
The pastel on both beds was dirty, the towels were dirty, after they asked to change, they said they would change tomorrow, in general we slept all 7 days on dirty linen, because the cleaner cleaned our room only 1 time
Because we are young and did not sit in the room at all, we turned a blind eye to it
3) They do not give out towels for the beach, and it is also forbidden to take them out of the room
4) on day 2, the coffee machine broke down, no matter which one you choose, it was always poured Americano, only black tea for an amateur, very tasty juices from the machine
5) we have already written about the entrance to the sea, I scratched my knee on the rocks on the 2nd approach, we did not go to the sea anymore

If not for the location, there would be 1 star. Near a grocery store, a parking lot, a 5-minute walk to the resort area with cafes, bars and shops. The beach is 30 meters away through its own tunnel, but it is better to swim in another place because of the stones. In the hotel itself, everything is very "tired". They don't clean the rooms, even on request. We washed the floors in our room ourselves so that it wouldn't be so disgusting. They change the floor coverings and toiletries. The first room was absolutely terrible (dirt, garbage, ants, things of previous guests). After the relocation, it got a little better. We paid for a room with a sea view, gave a room with a view of the neighboring hotel. That's also why the relocation was knocked out for a day. Wi-fi is paid ($ 2, including in the lobby). The food is monotonous and very mediocre. I advise you to wash the appliances, plates and vegetables and herbs before eating, because the staff does not do this. The animation is such that it would be better not to have it at all. An animator came three times a week and held contests for children. The contests are the same, word for word, lasting about 20-30 minutes.
From a good, I repeat, location, two pools (one with a slide), which were surprisingly cleaned, including the bottom. The bar has quite normal beer and wine, the rest is so-so. In addition to beer and wine from alcohol, there is only local vodka.
On the day of our eviction, all the guests were taken to other hotels, because they decided to close this one. The tourists didn't know about it. Pity these tourists.

Dear tourists, I sincerely do not recommend this hotel to stay!
We had a vacation with a young man in late May - early June and were disappointed. Firstly, there is dirt in the rooms. There is dust everywhere where the baseboard is. The curtains look like they're soaked in dirt. The bathroom is poorly equipped - the shower rim does not hold back water and there is an eternal swamp on the floor. The air conditioner is not working.
The food is not bad, but pay attention that steamed vegetables in a creamy sauce can get sour. The meat is fried in a specific seasoning, the food is heavy and on the 4th day it is no longer possible to eat exclusively at the hotel, the Migros store saved us.
With regard to the beach, in the area of this hotel there are sun beds covered with material like school mattresses for gymnastics, that is, they directly burn the skin in the sun. Access to the sea is difficult because of the reef, namely, the fact that a stone bottom may unexpectedly come across, we have skinned our legs so much.
The hotel manager is a strange woman, as she told us to wait another hour for our complaint with a ceiling leak in the bathroom, mocking that it was the Turkish hour and it could stretch out. A very "customer-oriented" answer, considering that we did not wash off the road.
In general, I do not recommend it! Choose another hotel, save your nerves, overpay and relax in peace. I will write a claim about the accommodation, as this is not a 4-star hotel!

There's a lot of food, but it's not much use.. for the first time in my life, I tasted a tasteless watermelon, which is amazing for such a climate. The room is terrible, the TV did not work, the conde is about to die, the plumbing in the shower is broken (the attachment for the shower watering can). You will not be congratulated on your birthday. I had to catch the cleaning and ask them to change the bed themselves. Wi-Fi is paid, it barely works.
The beach is not cleaned, entering the sea between the plates. It is very easy to injure your feet.

A wonderful hotel that has both pros and cons. The advantages are the attitude of the staff to the vacationers, they have questions or disagreements, they try to solve everything, a friendly attitude, there was a problem with cleaning the rooms-they approached the cleaner, explained everything, asked to clean the room well, then the cleaning was daily.
The bar offers only beer, vodka, crayfish, white and red wine, sprite, Fanta and soda (mineral water).
The food is excellent, it is always delicious, there is a variety. Yes, only apples, orange, watermelon are made of fruits.
The beach is a huge disadvantage of this hotel-more precisely, it does not exist at all, entering the sea from the territory of another hotel, and there is very little space, there are sun beds, but they want the best.

The hotel is generally good, the first coastline is three
Kilometers from the center of Alanya, bus stop within walking distance, near the hotel supermarket Migros. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the staff is very friendly, the food is good, the pools are cleaned every day, the territory is not large and very clean, an excellent hammam (I recommend it), not expensive. I've been staying at this hotel for four years, and I don't want to change it, everything is fine. So I recommend it, you won't regret it!!!

There is no WiFi at all, 1 day 2 days, the pastry chef is noisy, it is impossible to sleep. TV generally sucks, not a single channel, not even Turkish. The beach is 20 meters wide, the rest is rocks, rocks, sun beds are constantly dirty in sand and pebbles. The glasses in the bar are washed simply by hand. The bar has the cheapest wine and beer available in Turkey. On the last day, I was severely poisoned, in the elevator I heard a girl talking about her young man who was poisoned with something, the symptoms are the same as mine. When I was at dinner, the child vomited right at the table, it was terribly unpleasant. Dirty dishes are collected from the tables and leftovers are thrown into a garbage bag right in front of your nose while you are still eating. Animation is only for children, as such it does not exist. In the evening, they offer to go to a disco for $ 10. There are a lot of small children, although the hotel is 13+. Before our eyes, a canopy fell by the pool, under which people eat during the day. I have no complaints about the food , and it 's the same thing, but you won 't stay hungry . But everything is dirty, the whole problem of the hotel is the lack of sanitation. A polite young man came to clean up for us, he always asked if we needed to change the bed, if we had clean towels/paper.But unfortunately he rarely came, most likely it was not his fault and he comes according to the established schedule of the hotel.

I had a rest from 25.07 to 04.08. I did not like it. I'm not coming here anymore. The floor was washed 2 times in 10 days, on the 4th day they asked to wipe the floor from dust because the child is allergic and he constantly sneezes, on that I was told she was allergic too. Since the day of check-in, there was no light bulb in the only bedside lamp, 2 times the guy from the reception came to look, but he did not screw anything in, but on the last day he asked with a grin "what is the light bulb? " and he laughed. The food was getting worse every day, salads were only cucumbers with tomatoes, if the child does not eat spicy food and greens, then there is nothing to choose for lunch and dinner except dry rice. Separately, I would like to note the lunch box (photo attached) I regret that I did not look at the reception (we left at 6.40) this is not a joke, this is a real set in it (a sluggish apple with a wormhole, a piece of salted cheese, 4 strange olives, a cucumber and a slice of tomato that flowed, and 2 pieces of weathered bread wrapped in film)
I also had the stupidity to pay for a massage in a hammam, the session lasts for 50 minutes, 5-7 minutes of massage, then 10 minutes of rest, and so on 3 times. When I was outraged, they changed the masseur, but it's more likely not to return the money, the overall impression is negative.
