We arrived after 22:00 and were immediately checked in , thank you very much for the hospitality to the receptionist Mushtag, a polite young man . We drove for a very long time, we were hungry a little, but the restaurant had only night soup, (I would certainly like a more satisfying dinner, with such a long flight ).
The kitchen and restaurant are great, the guys are trying, everyone is polite, they quickly clean the dishes. There was a lot of food , everyone can find something of their own , a good menu for 4 stars , alcohol was local: beer, wine, crayfish, soft drinks 🍷
Cleaning : linen was changed every 3 days, daily cleaning every day.
Animation : every day there was animation , karaoke, comedy, live music and much more ( the animator is excellent ) speaks both Russian and English .
They take you to the disco for free every day.
Beach : 10 minutes walk to the beach , the road was remembered on the second day , sun beds and umbrellas are paid , they gave $ 6 for two umbrellas and two sun beds .
Wi-Fi : it seems to be free , but in fact it is not . It is better to connect at your mobile operator or at the reception for $ 3 per day for 1 device.

The rooms are ordinary, there are two pools.
The kitchen is normal, there is something to choose for every taste.

ALL economy rooms in this hotel are not just rooms without balconies. They have a window to the hallway!!! 🤣

Of course, we did not lose hope and our guide agreed that they would change our room cheaper. But! There were no available rooms, etc., etc. ...
There is no need to talk about audibility, the room is corner, located next to the elevator and stairs. That is, everyone passing by, in both wings, turned out to be either next to our window or to the door. And above the window there is a lamp with a motion sensor!!! The blinds close on the floor of the window, and the light in the hallway turned on even if I got out of bed!!
There is also a door leading to the next room!! As I understand it, it used to be a 2-room apartment.
It's locked, of course, but it's an interior one. So we could not only hear the neighbors, but also a strip of light indicated their presence in the room. 😁
Well, okay, it's not fatal. We suffered a little, we got used to it, you can say)
About the food, of course yes!! Constantly snacking, frying something, well done!
The animation is weak and of course there were not enough Russians in this regard. Poles 75%
The disco is off-site from 23 to 2, free transfer + 1 cocktail. Every day in the season, now it's Friday, Saturday. (We had a rest at the end of September)

We were even given a ticket to the beach, so we didn't have to pay for an umbrella and sun beds.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff 👍
It is a small area, but it is urban, so when you choose, you need to immediately understand that you will walk either around the city or along the sea.
Good food , fish , meat ( lamb , beef, chicken) , offal (liver and kidneys) a lot of snacks , greens and lettuce leaves, both sliced and whole , for lunch and dinner there is some soup, porridge in the morning. A huge variety of cheese and meat cuts. Very salty cheese, you need to be ready for this.
There are always grilled dishes for dinner.
Pancakes for breakfast. Over the grill, you can eat national gozlume tortillas with different filling options.
Overall, the food is 4.5 out of 5. Not the delights , as in 5 * kah) but very good.
The hotel room is lovely, small but the space is used harmoniously. I liked the interior.
From alcohol: red , white, pink wine.
Gin, crayfish and vodka and beer. Cocktails are available for a fee. Therefore, you can mix any strong alcohol with Cola or Schweppes and you will have a cocktail. A huge number of soft drinks. Schweppes , fanta , juices , mineral water, cola zero, etc.
They give ice cream at 16 o'clock, it seems.
The animation is a bit weak, but we can say that we were at the initial stage of the season and every day there were more and more guests at the hotel and the animation increased. The hotel staff are all trying to smile and be friendly.
If you check out later, you can safely stay on the territory of the hotel until 20:00 and enjoy all its benefits without restrictions. I will advise, yes) the hotel met expectations. Plus a good location 👍

A great place to relax, there are two pools, slides. Delicious food and free drinks.
There is free Wi-Fi, but there is a small joke on the part of the hotel owner - he catches only in the lobby and there is absolutely no Internet access. If the easy way out is to connect a paid Wi-Fi, which catches both in the room and on the territory of the hotel. It costs 2€ per day for one person. So for the sake of a five-day vacation for two with Internet access, you will have to pay an additional € 20.
No other serious drawbacks were noticed.

I was at this hotel in May 2024. Well, what can I say about this hotel ... I will say right away that I did not like it, the four-star hotel does not pull absolutely on this stardom. The food is so-so, if you want some frills, then this will not happen, the meat is only turkey. In general, the choice of food is very poor. There are rooms without balconies, this must be taken into account ... when I paid for the ticket, I paid extra for a room with a normal balcony, of course they did not give it to me. Apparently, since I'm alone, I don't need a balcony either.When I told the reception that I had a completely different room booked, I was told that there are no available rooms in the hotel now. I will attach a photo of the balcony that I had below. In general, the hotel is so-so, the bed linen is dilapidated, the dishes in the restaurant are dirty, 500 m to the sea for that kind of money there are hotels much closer to to the sea, for example, such as Big Blue Sky. By the way, these hotels have their own beaches with sun beds. You can save money because this pleasure is not cheap there. In general, I will never go there again, and I do not advise others.

First, the pros. The place is great, close to shops, cafes. The "private" beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. If you don't have windows facing the pool, then the sounds from the street won't bother you. The rooms are spacious. The food is good, a lot, but somewhat monotonous. The staff is friendly and will do everything for your money.
Minuses. I do not know why this hotel considers itself a 4*. In many ways, it barely pulls in the average three. Upon check-in, the room was strewn with sand, although we checked in at 10 p.m., there was plenty of time for cleaning. The air conditioner is barely working. Water flows from the "bidet" around the clock. It is almost impossible to set up warm water in the shower. At first, only cold water flows for a few minutes, then the temperature floats. There is no sound insulation. The neighbors can be heard perfectly. Don't expect any variety in the menu. The products used are not the best. One powdered potato is worth a lot. The free WiFi is not working. Nowhere. A paid one costs 2 euros per day per device (but you can take turns using it). Air conditioners do not work in the lobby, in the dining room. The elevators are terribly stuffy. Room cleaning for three. Towels are changed, but shower accessories have not been updated once in 10 days.
Also, a mini-bar was announced in the rooms (they received only an empty refrigerator) and a kettle with cups (they stupidly did not exist). You can't take an ironing board and an iron at the hotel, which I haven't seen for a long time.
The Council. If you pay for the safe (again 2 euros per day), you will receive a piece of paper for free sunbeds on the beach.

We had a rest with our whole extended family (WE have 3 CHILDREN) from May 31 to June 10, 2023, the children liked it, my husband and I too. Of course, there are a lot of places to compare them with. There is a lot of food for every taste: meat of several types, fish, grilled vegetables, fresh, from fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, oranges. The staff is polite, but communication via a translator on the phone, the guy who works at the spa hammam at the hotel speaks very well, by the way, we went to the hammam very much as we arrived, the children liked it for free, if anything to him, he is always ready to help. In my opinion, it is located well, there is a place to walk, near the Ananium shopping center, there are ATMs, SHOPS, CAFES (well, you can only withdraw money from the Union Payne card), you can also use it to pay in stores, or change money in exchangers, it is better not to change guides: it is not profitable. The beach is good, there are stones at the entrance at the beginning, well, this is not a problem in my opinion, the whole coast is like this. Sun beds and towels are all paid, the whole bar is paid, THAT'S A BIG MINUS FOR THE HOTEL, WHEN THE HOTEL HAS ITS OWN BEACH, SUN BEDS SHOULD BE FREE, IT TURNS OUT THAT EVERYTHING ON THIS BEACH IS PAID EXCEPT FOR A SHOWER AND A CABIN TO CHANGE CLOTHES. WE HAD A FAMILY ROOM: 2 ROOMS, 2 BALCONIES, FRESH RENOVATION, FURNITURE TOO, CLEANING EVERY DAY. THERE are 3 POOLS ON THE TERRITORY OF the HOTEL: a small one for kids, 2 other medium ones, one of them with slides, 2 of them turn on 3 times a day for 30 minutes more and you don't need to otherwise drag children to the sea - everyone is sitting in the pool. Wi-Fi is not working well. Animator Lisa dances at 21:00 mini disco for children every day, there are also different classes in the afternoon, the children baked pizza themselves, then ate it, there is a lack of animation in the form of show programs for adults. Bottom line: the hotel is solid 4! If you solve the problem of communication: wi-Fi and make at least free sun beds, water on the beach, so as not to carry it with you, shows for adults in the evenings, this would be a big plus for this hotel. And so we liked it. If you are eating with a large family, then this is a good hotel for your money.

At the current time and the current realities of prices, this is an excellent hotel. I must say right away that negative assessments are often made by Russian-speaking tourists who do not speak English at all and believe that everyone owes them. Upon arrival, I immediately took a paid Wi-Fi to the room, because I knew that the free one was actually dead. The food is not so very diverse, but there are always 6-7 dishes, vegetables/fruits, desserts to choose from at each meal. It is better to check spoons and forks, sometimes they do not take home. From 15 to 16, you can eat snacks and assemble a burger/ sandwich yourself. The hotel is more family-run, the room was very fresh, although someone may get a starter. Of course, there is virtually no sound insulation on the side of the courtyard and the pool. To the sea on foot for 10 minutes, absolutely no strain on this occasion. In general, I would recommend it for a relaxing family holiday

The food is super, alcohol is local, the staff is polite, but does not speak Russian, the Internet periodically freezes, rooms are on a solid four, room cleaning almost every day, dusty soapy in the room for three, the pool water has not been changed once in a week, children's animation leaves much to be desired, The beach is clean. The hotel is nice, but... We were unlucky with the number. If you are told that there may not be a balcony, then this means that there will be such a window into the corridor and that's it. It is cold under the air conditioner, stuffy without it, there is no fresh air. And yet, on the 1st day, 1 towel was dirty, after the change they gave a leaky blanket, which was replaced again with a leaky one. We told the guide, they made our bed with a "swan". The food is on solid 4, the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

I am writing a review from the hotel while my memories are fresh. This is our third hotel in Alanya this year. There is something to compare it with. The room is the best of all where we were, but the advantages end there. There is no animation at all, but I haven't seen it in other hotels either. The main attraction to food and alcohol. There is no food, the food is bad. There is only beer from alcohol, and the wine is warm, it is impossible to drink it and no one takes it. Next to the Alanium shopping center, this is one of the advantages. It's a long walk to the center. 3 km.

The hotel is good, the animation is good. I'm not interested in alcohol. The children had enough free drinks assortment. The staff is friendly. There is a shopping center and a playground nearby. The sea with a child is a 7-minute quiet walk. The bar by the sea is all for a fee. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. I would like to get closer, but this is not the only big disadvantage. The food was delicious. You can always have something to eat during the day.

Hello! I was vacationing there with my wife in June 2022. I'm sitting here reading negative reviews and I can't figure out WHAT people didn't like about this hotel? The food is so from the belly... The staff goes out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. The room is being cleaned. The pool is clean, there is animation. The only thing that bothers is that the British are full and they do not leave the bar and pool. But I think this is an indicator that the hotel is good. By the way, according to the bar: I haven't tried strong, red wine sucks, white is normal, and pink is just delicious. There are a lot of shops nearby. It's not far on Wednesdays
The market opens from the hotel. And the fact that everything from food on the beach is paid - so don't buy it! I think it's not difficult to be patient until lunch, if you fill your gut well in the morning! Sun beds and umbrellas, by the way, are free if you take a safe in the room (2 or 3 bucks a day, I don't remember exactly). There is a shower on the beach, it's cool! My wife can tell me about the hammam - I didn't go, but she did.. I was delighted! In Yekaterinburg, such a complex costs 3 times more expensive for the same hour and a half. So don't believe the bad reviews, go ahead! The hotel is really good!

A three-star hotel is a stretch.
If you are looking for Russian-speaking staff, the hotel will not suit you. Quite a large number of foreigners come here.
Almost everything is paid: alcohol is the cheapest available, everything is over-paid. Everything on the beach is paid.
The menu is sparse. If you do not come to the dining room in the first 10-15 minutes, it will be empty, nothing is put in. There are not enough cutlery for everyone, sometimes we had to wait.
During the week of rest, animation was seen only for children 2 times, the rest of the time they invite you to go to the club.
The sea and the bus stop to the center of Alanya are about 10 minutes on foot. A 2-minute walk to the shopping center. 10-15 minutes to grocery stores.

A disgusting hotel . They write All + , but in fact they pay for everything: drinks are paid, except for cola , fanta and vodka, there is some kind of nook for children , you can't take anything: balls are paid , tennis with stripped rackets is allowed only in the presence of adults .the safe is paid , the iron is paid , there is a bar by the sea, there are no beach towels. You can't eat in the room , the refrigerator in the room is sovdepovsky . The staff does not speak Russian at all. There are a couple of people who will understand the simplest phrases on their fingers with grief in half.. Vacationers are mainly Poland and Turks . The iaksimum Hotel is on the 3rd floor . I do not recommend it!

Good food, clean area, polite and smiling staff, good animation in the evening is different every day. The slides are turned on 3 times a day. There are few Russians, mostly Poles and Germans. The baby club is a minus, the shopping mall almost does not work, and if it does, then there are no animators there, the children entertain themselves. The sea - the beach is close, but the entrance to the sea is bad, the plates, the beach itself is sand. Cleopatra Beach is a 15-minute drive away, there is an entrance to the sea and the beach is gorgeous.

A nice, budget hotel. Next to the Alanium shopping center. Bus 2 and 202 to the center and Cleopatra beach. For those who like to move around a lot. The food was no frills, but there was enough of everything. But we often had lunch or dinner in the center of Alanya. I didn't like the nearby beaches.

We vacationed in Turkey in August 2018, we liked the hotel, except for the "divorce" at the reception for money, for a room of a different category, because ours is according to those.They cannot provide reasons...Everything was resolved, nothing broke off for the Turk, even though he dropped the price from $ 80 to $ 50 and called it a dlug.. Don't pay anything!!! There is no animation, children 10+ years old will be frankly bored..We entertained ourselves with trips to the sea and to the Alanium shopping center.
